Probably the nicest hotel I've ever stayed
We had an absolutely amazing stay at Conrad Koh Samui. The views from the resort are simply breathtaking—waking up to the endless ocean view every day was a dream.
What truly made our trip special was the incredible staff. They were exceptionally attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay.
Two major highlights of our stay: The Spa: Absolutely fantastic and so relaxing—a must-try! The Iris Farm Tour: Highly recommended and totally worth going. It was such a unique and lovely experience.
Every detail was taken care of with such warmth and professionalism. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation and will definitely be back!

Breathtaking
We had a wonderful stay at the Conrad Koh Samui. The view from our villa was simply breathtaking.
We particularly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere throughout the resort, the excellent Thai cuisine at the Aow Thai Restaurant, and the kindness, professionalism, and efficiency of the entire team.
We would also like to thank both the hotel management and the team for taking the time to carefully consider our comments regarding an excursion to Ang Thong that did not meet all the expected safety standards. We truly appreciate hotels that are willing to listen to guest feedback, reflect on it, and continuously improve rather than simply looking for excuses.

Such a wonderful experience!
I stayed 9 days at the hotel for a solo trip of rest and relaxation, along with some work in between the naps and swims. The villas are absolutely beautiful and the views are stunning! What makes the experience so incredible, however, is the staff. They are so kind, hospitable, and professional and they made my experience so much better. The hotel is a bit isolated from anything you could walk to, but the restaurants and room service are fantastic. They also help you book any excursions or tours you might want to take, and help arrange transportation. It was a truly wonderful stay and I can't wait to go back!

Exceptional
Exceptional in every way. This report cannot be faulted. The attention to detail is second to none - there is nothing they have not thought of, to make your stay special. We have stayed in the best resorts all over the world from the Maldives to Dubai to Mexico. The Conrad Koh Samui sits in the shoulders of all others. From our concierge, Bill, whose helpful, attentive and kind nature was the highlight of the trip, to Sanah who welcomed us to breakfast every single day with the broadest smile, to Ae whose kind nature to our son Atti was so special, to the housekeepers Pat and Pa. Every single member of staff was wonderful. And the location is perfect. At the quiet and secluded south tip of the island away from the hustle of the North, but still within easy reach. Will definitely return.

Fantastic
Our stay at Conrad Koh Samui was truly wonderful. From the stunning facilities to the exceptional service, everything exceeded our expectations. Marco, the manager, and the entire team were warm, attentive, and always checking in to make sure every guest was comfortable and had everything they needed. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.
We also absolutely loved the Kids Club. Our daughter had the best time there and spent most of her days enjoying all the activities, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable as a family.
The dining experience was also very good. While the food is on the expensive side, that’s to be expected at a luxury resort of this standard. The only area we felt could be improved was the breakfast. Although there was a good selection, the menu was largely the same each morning, and some of the dishes often felt a little cold and dry.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return. The beautiful property, outstanding service, and family-friendly atmosphere made for a memorable experience.
