Rocky's Boutique Resort

This is a small, well maintained, and beautiful hotel. Our first visit to Koh Samui and this resort has left a lasting impression. The staff were all very friendly, even remembering our room number and my dietary requirements.

The rooms were clean, replenished with water and towels, and the sweet treats left at evening turn down were great - a lovely touch.

Such a variety at breakfast, including items you could order from a menu, as well as the fresh variety at the buffet. The food in The Dining Room at dinner was fantastic - อร่อยมากๆ!

We stayed here for one week with a group of 14 for a business retreat – and we honestly could not have chosen a better place. This hotel delivered on every single level.

The team – truly the heart of this place We cannot say this enough: the staff here is exceptional. Every single person we interacted with – reception, restaurant, F&B, coordination team – was warm, attentive and genuinely cared about making our stay great. Last-minute changes? No problem. Special requests? Done. Someone to reach at any hour? Always. That 24/7 reliability and positive attitude made our whole retreat run smoothly and meant we could fully focus on our program without worrying about logistics.

Arrival The hotel picked us up at the airport in a cool, comfortable car with cold water waiting for us. After a long travel day, that kind of thoughtfulness already tells you everything about how the team operates here.

The property and rooms The location is breathtaking. Rooms were spotless, well-sized and freshened up every day. You could really feel that the team takes pride in what they do. Coming back to a perfectly made room after a full day of sessions felt like a little luxury every time.

The meeting room The meeting room is beautiful – great space, great atmosphere. We even had a Zoom call during our stay and were worried it might be tricky, but the hotel sent a technician specifically to help us set everything up. It worked perfectly. That kind of proactive support is rare and made a real difference for us.

Yoga spots – absolutely stunning We did yoga in different spots throughout the week – once right on the beach, once up high with a full view over the sea. Both were incredible. These are the kind of moments you don't forget.

Excursions booked through the hotel We organized some of our activities through the hotel – Muay Thai and a zipline excursion – and both were completely seamless. Everything was on time, well coordinated and stress-free. When you're managing a group of 14, that kind of reliability is everything.

Value Outstanding. For everything you get – the beauty of the resort, the quality of the rooms, the food and above all the service – the price is more than fair.

Would we come back? Without any hesitation. Rocky's is now our go-to recommendation for anyone planning a retreat or group stay in Southeast Asia. If you are thinking about it – just book it. You will not regret it.
