Located on the Lamai Beach, this boutique hotel places its guests at only 20 metres from the shore, which virtually guarantees that they can dip their toes in the sand as soon as they wake-up. The sea front property comprises of private, beautifully-appointed villas that come with a daybeds overlooking the pool and some even open to panoramic views towards the beach. Those who enjoy a little more independent living can opt for the villas with kitchenettes, there they can prepare some home-like meals that can be enjoyed on the spacious sundeck. For dining outside guests will have to drive around 10 minutes to Chaweng Beach's centre.

Very well maintained, Clean, LOVE IT.
I am very glad to stay in the 1-bedroom villa. It is very well maintained, everything looks new and clean. The villa has a jacuzzi private pool, jacuzzi bathtub, sunbeds, a big leisure bed just besides the pool. Please refer to the attached photos.
The check-in is really marvellous, after entering the gated compound, the taxi driver would stopped just in front of the villa that we stayed (not lobby), and the villa manager would come personally to the villa to do the check-in process, fill in a form and snapshot the passport, that's it, fast and efficient!
The villa manager, Ms (Sao) Janyaporn is really a very kind and attentive person that able to give help and provide us a lot of useful info during the stay.
The wifi in the villa is really fantastic, fast and stable, detected 10-15 Mbps.
The villas have no restaurant, but there is a food menu for a-la-carte and breakfast sets in the villa that can order for delivery. The villa provides coffee maker, together with coffee seeds capsules, as well as instant coffee and teas. It also provides electric mosquito repellent, mosquito coils.
The villas have a nice and lovely beach, cool and tranquil. In my opinion, it is more beautiful and much better than those beach in Chaweng Noi.
It is true that many reviewers commented that the taxi charges in Samui is not cheap, The taxi that I took from Chaweng area to the villa at Lamai here cost for TBath 500 and it took only about 15-20 minutes.
7-eleven and some restaurants are just less than 5 minutes walk from the villa. Or just rent a scooter from the villa and riding for about 5 minutes to Lamai town where many restaurants, shops and Tesco are there.
Generally, riding motorbike in Samui is safe and enjoying, the road system is not chaos and quite well maintained, and the drivers there generally drive gently and used to give ways to small vehicles. In addition, it is convenient to ride motorbike from the villa to Hin Ta Hin Yai, just took about 15 minutes.
The villa is definitely highly recommended.

Relax Place
We Stay this villa 3 day with my family, It so Relax...., Big Swimming pool, Relax with a big ocean, Staff friendly, Big room, clean, beautiful view, I recommended for this , Next time i will come back

Nice room good view
The villa 3 bedroom with big space living room outdoor and indoor and the villa with long pool and beach front villa. We like this place near by center of Lamai beach easy t go for shooing and dining.. don't miss this place.

Amazing pool
We booked the 3 bedroom villa, which is right on the beach. The other villas are behind, but still quite close to the water. We spent a lot of time in the pool, which is long enough to swim laps, something we didn't expect. Each room had it's own ensuite, which was great. The beds were all of a decent size, as was the wardrobe space. The kitchen is outside, but covered. It had a decent sized fridge/freezer. The service was excellent, both communicating in the weeks before arriving & also during our stay. We also had daily housekeeping to make/change the beds & towels. There were lots of mosquitos, which was a nuisance, but they sprayed the rooms each day for us & left mosquito coils, which helped. We also doused ourselves in repellent, which they also supplied. The one drawback was that there probably wasn't enough seating for everyone. We were supposed to be a family group of 6, but in the end 2 couldn't make it. Everything was great for the 4 of us; deck chairs, etc, but I'm not so sure if all 6 of us had come & wanted to do the same things together..??

Amazing stay!!
5 girls and I stayed here for 4 nights and we had an absolute ball! The villa was perfect, each room was so comfy&cozy, spacious and had all we needed! The pool was clean and they even gave us pool toys! Sao was beyond welcoming and was always there to help us out with food delivery and organising taxis to airport etc. Definitely recommend this place!!
