Comfiest bed i have ever slept in
We have been travelling for 4 months now and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in while on our travels. The location was great, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops close by. The beach was also just behind the hotel. The staff were very friendly they cleaned the rooms every day, changed the towels and gave us 4 bottles of water every day. The cocktails at the pool were good as well, and there was plenty to choose from. The food was also good. Breakfast in the morning had a lot to choose from. I would definitely come back to this hotel
Fantastic service!
Was in contact with the hotel prior to members of my family staying there and they were so very helpful in arranging a birthday surprise for one of the family members. Incredible attention to service and detail. Highly recommend!

Great Location
My daughter and I stayed a week at the Am Samui Palace in a Deluxe Pool Access room. The size of the room was good, and it had plenty of space for suitcases, etc. The access to the pool was directly outside the room and down the stairs. It was quite tricky getting out of the pool as the distance from the top of the ladder is a big step and there aren't any rails to grab on to. The other thing was the floor in the room gets wet if the door is left open with the air-conditioning running. The staff were very friendly and the grounds were very well kept. The Am Samui is in a fantastic location and close to shopping, restaurants and beach.
Great Hotel
We arrived around 2 o’clock in the afternoon and rooms were ready. We had 2 rooms on 3rd floor with a bath on the balcony and 1 room on the ground floor with terrace this room was not as modern as the rooms upstairs but was still a nice room. I would recommend paying the extra for the refurbished room. Room was big, ac was good ,shower was good , bed was soooo comfy ! Only thing maybe could have a luggage rack as we had suitcases on the floor. We had breakfast which was nice. The hotel is spotless and the grounds and pools are lovely. Great location. Lovely staff. Koh Samui is such a lovely place. We would definitely recommend this hotel 100%. We had a great time.

Amazing visit
This is my 3rd visit to the Am Samui palace hotel. The hotel is centrally located, clean, tidy and very comfortable. The food is also good.
The hotel is always very quiet unfortunately on this visit I could hear music from one of the neighbouring clubs so did not get much sleep for two nights. However i reported it to reception and the issue was resolved.
I will be returning in January
