Wonderful stay
Beautiful resort, spacious rooms, delicious food and most of all Auto. An amazing person with a kind gentle soul. He made our stay most memorable.
The general manager also, I did not get her name but she always checked in on us and arranged awesome surprises in our rooms.

Diana and Ninew were great waiters and very polite. They always asked first and brought us exactly what we needed. The service if them was beyond nice. It was great.

Most welcoming experience
Best experience I could’ve asked for! From check-in to check-out, the staff was so incredibly warm and welcoming I couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you to Rainbow, Siri, Matteo, Miew and Maya for making these last few nights unforgettable :)
Lob an das Housekeeping Team
The staff are always friendly and helpful. We were particularly impressed by the creativity of our housekeeper, Dom Phet. Not only did he prepare the room to our complete satisfaction every day, but he also created little works of art out of towels—such as elephants, dragons, a motorcycle with a rider, and much more—which were displayed on the bed as decorations. That daily surprise was simply wonderful; it really deserved to be acknowledged.
