A Wonderful Experience
The pool and facilities were fantastic, but what really made our stay special was the incredible staff. From Lucy at the reception, to the Level staff
- Matteo, Pink, Sachi, Fern, Kim, Honey, and many others — we received so much kindness, care, and attention throughout our stay. Bow at the restaurant was also incredibly thoughtful and kind.
Having access to the Level pool was a truly wonderful experience and made our stay even more special. We had an unforgettable week and would love to come back again. Maybe next summer...

Perfect Stay
Fantastic first stay at the Melia, facilities were perfect, rooms are clean and spacious, staff couldn’t do enough for us.
Excellent for gluten free options, very accommodating.
Only downside was having to take towels to the pool rather than being able to get them at the pool, with children and the heat this because a bit tiresome.
Food orders seemed to be very slow, we learned this quite early on so would then place an order in advance to get it by the time we wanted it 😅
100% recommend staying here and we will be back!
