Keep you on track perfect respite ahead of Conference in Bangkok
The perfect reset keeping me on track weight training to an introduction to boxing 🥊 & Pilates Lots of people in the class were different levels not intimidating very inclusive. Trainers are very patient and enthusiastic personal training with spot on going at a decent pace Food and service radio, exceptional huge menu great choice and the staff are just on point Given that his solo travelers, it might be an idea to have a dinner table. We encourage people to come join together grab something to eat just annoyed. My room was one grade up from the basic , quiet, very chilled exactly I wanted.

This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. Everything is clean, there is so much to do and you can’t help but feel relaxed. The best part about this place is the people. They are so beautiful, so smiley so genuinely welcoming. The room is clean with a patio , comfortable and clean. You are in walking distance from the beach, restaurants and cafes. The place is quiet and you listen to the Infinity pool lapping and nature. The trainers here are also spectacular - always encouraging. If you value wellness and you want to do something that benefits you this is the place.
The most relaxed I have ever been
I can’t speak highly enough about Absolute Sanctuary and the amazing team here. I came for a seven day spa rejuvenation package and I was able to totally disconnect from the world and reconnect myself. Daily, I was able to attend multiple fitness classes, yoga with Jana was a favorite! I had several spa treatments daily, pre-booked so I never had to think too much. Three meals daily of some of the most amazing food, all healthy, and made fresh to order. The location was tucked away in the hills, but still close enough to town and walking distance to the beach, although they provide shuttles throughout the day. If you are burnt out and in need of a recharge, I would highly recommend Absolute Sanctuary.
