Beautiful beach, extraordinary service and delicious food
Smile gave me an amazing spa service that included a scrub and massage. Emily went above and beyond as the local Concierge to help us book dinners, evening activities, and even an all day boat tour that picked us up in front of the property through Oceana Samui. It was hard to want to leave the property for excursions and dinner because the beach in front of the property is one of the nicest I’ve ever seen and the food at both restaurants was excellent. The staff at breakfast were always so attentive to making sure we had a beautiful outdoor table and everything we could’ve possibly wanted to start our day. I could go on and on about the many amazing people that work on this property and I truly hope one day I get the gift of returning.

Flawless Attention to Detail in Paradise
Our stay at Vana Belle was a true luxury experience from start to finish. The resort is situated on an absolutely perfect beach, and the entire staff was incredibly warm and welcoming throughout our visit. While the property itself is breathtaking, what truly set this vacation apart was our assistant, Tik. Her flawless attention to detail made her assistance feel completely natural and effortless—never intrusive, yet she always anticipated our every need. She was also especially wonderful with our six-year-old daughter, making our family feel completely cared for and our time on Koh Samui truly special. We can't thank Tik and the rest of the wonderful team enough for their incredible hospitality!

Incredible Staff
This was our first visit to Koh Samui and we were skeptical about staying here. Due to the positive reviews of the resort, we decided to give it a try.
While the resort's physical beauty and luxurious amenities are undeniable, it was the extraordinary team at Vana Belle that transformed our stay into a memorable experience. Their unwavering dedication, consistently exceeding expectations, was palpable in every interaction. Each morning brought impeccable service, accompanied with authentic smiles and heartfelt greetings, creating an atmosphere of genuine warmth and care. This profound level of thoughtfulness, coupled with their sincere desire to make our vacation uniquely special, truly elevated our short break into one of our most cherished travel experiences. From the moment of arrival, greeted by the welcoming front desk team and attentive bellmen, through every daily encounter – be it at breakfast or by the poolside – the staff consistently delivered world-class service, always with that distinctive, sincere smile. We were genuinely humbled by such pervasive hospitality and kindness. It is, without a doubt, the people of Vana Belle who imbue the resort with its beautiful ambiance.
While it's impossible to mention every single individual who contributed to our delightful stay, the collective spirit of the Vana Belle team is truly exceptional. We were particularly touched by several members who went above and beyond:
A huge shout out to Naomi whose smiles, knowledge and patience made our check-in a breeze. I regret to miss an opportunity to take her photo. To Alex at the front desk who gave a tour of the resort. His kindness shines through.
The breakfast team, including the incredible Jaeb, Alice, Pranggy, and Glory, along with others whose names we regrettably can’t recall (though we cherished their photos!), elevated our morning ritual into a daily highlight. Their meticulous attention to our preferences was deeply appreciated. Jaeb, for instance, arranged for the chef to prepare authentic local dishes for one morning, adding a unique culinary dimension to our stay. Alice's perceptiveness was equally remarkable; noting our fondness for fresh coconuts, she delivered two fresh coconuts to our table and also surprised us with the iconic Thai iced tea, a gesture that truly made us feel valued.
At Panali Restaurant, the service during our afternoon tea and dinner was impeccable, thanks to Gift, Ruth, the Manager (Seer) , and the distinguished gentleman from Maldives. Beyond their gracious service, the culinary experience itself was outstanding; the Thai cuisine, in particular, was exquisitely authentic and undeniably delicious. Their accommodating nature enhanced every meal.
Our personal butler, Dao, deserves a special mention for her unparalleled dedication. Her keen attention to every detail, her innate kindness, profound thoughtfulness, and ceaseless, heartwarming smiles were truly the essence of our personalized experience. She meticulously ensured our days were utilized with resort amenities and local activities, thereby enriching our entire vacation.
Finally, the diligent cleaning crew consistently maintained our room and beds to an immaculate standard, providing a pristine and comfortable sanctuary throughout our stay.
The only negative part of our stay was breakfast menu lacks local, authentic dishes which some of us longed to try.
Our gratitude to each and every staff member for their invaluable contributions to what was an absolutely perfect getaway is immense. We depart with hearts full of cherished memories and an unwavering certainty: we will most definitely be returning to Vana Belle.

Amazing
I have just returned from a trip to Koh Samui where we an amazing stay at Vana Belle resort. The location was serene and picturesque with clean and spacious beach facing suites. But the thing that touched me most was the hospitality and how each and every staff did their best to make the stay extra special. Special thanks to Romi for making our stay so memorable ❤️❤️
