[Sheraton Samui Resort] An Absolutely Wonderful Hotel with Exceptional Service and a Truly Impressive Service Mind

I recently traveled with my wife, Ms. Kessaraporn Maranetara, and our family to Ko Samui, where we had the pleasure of staying at Sheraton Samui Resort from 28 April to 3 May 2026. My wife and I were truly delighted with our stay, and we would like to express our sincere appreciation to your wonderful team, especially the staff at the Lobby/Reception and Restaurant/Room Service. A great stay
I was here for about 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The room was very comfortable, the pools are beautiful, gym is well maintained with good equipment.
Breakfast each morning was a relaxing way to start the day with plenty of options and friendly staff. I found the complimentary shuttle into Samui very convenient. It’s a short drive away, however the location is perfect, not too busy, beautiful beaches, and some amenities just outside the main gate (7-eleven, massage places, restaurants).
If I were to stay again I would request a room that is not interconnecting with another room as unfortunately I had a rather loud family of 4 next door who were travelling with other family members on the other side of my room, unfortunately they were oblivious to other guests in the resort. Aside from that, I had a great stay and would recommend it.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this resort and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The property is stunning, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are exceptionally warm and attentive. The team truly goes the extra mile to ensure guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.. If you’re looking for a resort that combines great ambiance with outstanding service, look no further. We’ll definitely be back!

Our stay at Sheraton Samui Resort was exactly that. Nestled between lush tropical greens and the most stunning stretch of beach, it was the perfect escape for our family. Every sunrise felt magical, every walk to the beach was calming, and every corner of the resort was picture-perfect.
What truly made the experience exceptional was the incredible hospitality. The team welcomed us with genuine warmth and made sure every little detail was taken care of. From the beautifully maintained rooms and delicious breakfast spread to the serene pools and breathtaking ocean views, everything reflected the signature Sheraton experience.
As someone who travels often, I know it's the people who make a destination unforgettable and the wonderful team at Sheraton Samui Resort did exactly that.
