Nora Buri Resort and Spa also provides a complimentary daily shuttle service to Chaweng Beach or helps arrange transportation to wherever you fancy.

It was perfect everything!!!
A Fantastic Honeymoon Stay
What a fantastic trip we have had. We chose Nora Buri for how beautiful the whole complex looked and we weren’t disappointed! Firstly, all the staff are a credit to hotel, all very friendly and nothing is too much. We had a slight issue with our door and a big gap in the window frame, they apologised plenty and sorted both issues the next day. They also offered us another room over night if it was an issue.
The pools are beautiful, we mostly stayed at the infinity pool higher up and what fantastic views it has. There are swim up bars on both pools and have a happy hour of buy one get one free for drinks. There was also never any issue getting a sunbed no matter what time of the day you arrive.
The room itself was huge, very comfy beds and a beautiful view overlooking the sea. A TV with plenty of English language films on them which was nice when we got back after a busy day out.
The golf buggy’s were brilliant to get around in as it is quite steep and there was never a long wait for them. One guy in particular (we never got his name!) was lovely, and seemed to really love his job. His vibe was infectious.
We ate twice at the restaurants and again the views were fantastic, and the food was lovely. Definitely recommend a meal to both. The free breakfast was also great with a mix of Western & Thai food, and even had a Tikka Masala for breakfast which was a first, but very delicious!
We also found travelling to and from the hotel very easy, mostly using Bolt & Grab, these seemed to only cost around £6 to get into the very lively, but very nice Chaweng.
If I was coming back to Koh Samui I wouldn’t hesitate to re-book at the Nora Buri and throughly recommend you do too.

Ko Samui 2026
Location was great, atmosphere at the resort was fantastic, roons were very big and cleaned everyday and the towels were changed everyday. It was definitely value for money, most of all the staff at the resiet were si good abd helped with a smile always.
Excellent place for rest & relaxation
The facility is clean, specious and very pleasant. We usually go to a resort and then travel to all directions from there as a base but not this time as we were enjoying the facility and stayed put for 10 days! The staff of the resort must be given all the credit to be so pleasant and friendly that you feel as though you are staying at a friend’s house! I will certainly recommend this place to friends and family.
Wonderful stay
An absolutely wonderful stay at Nora Buri Hotel Resort & Spa in Koh Samui. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and very well looked after.
We had to wait a little while for our private villa to be ready on arrival, but it was completely worth the wait. We were given one of the villas right at the top of the resort, with what we felt was the best view. The scenery was incredible, and waking up to that view made the wait more than worthwhile.
The villa itself was fantastic, spacious, comfortable and beautifully maintained. The housekeeping team deserves a special mention as well, as they consistently kept our room immaculate and beautifully presented. The private pool was another highlight and was ideal for the days when we simply wanted to stay in, relax and enjoy some privacy.
The resort itself has plenty to enjoy. The location worked brilliantly for us, making it easy to explore different parts of Koh Samui and visit many of the places we wanted to see. The spa was also lovely, and we enjoyed it so much that we visited twice during our stay. The main pool area near the Lobby and Gym was another relaxing place to spend time.
One thing we particularly appreciated was the peaceful atmosphere throughout the resort. The noise levels were just right for us, quiet enough to genuinely disconnect from everyday life, relax and enjoy the surroundings, without the resort ever feeling lifeless.
What really made our stay special, though, was the people.
Nan from the Lobby Bar deserves a very special mention. We saw her regularly throughout our stay, and every time she welcomed us with such a cheerful and genuine warmth that we immediately felt at ease. She always made sure we were comfortable and looked after, and there was something incredibly kind and sincere about the way she cared for us. Before leaving, we left a little note and a gratuity for Nan in an envelope with Jessica at reception as a small thank you. Nan gave us such a genuine feeling of the warmth and care that we associate with Thai hospitality, and she will definitely be one of the people we remember most from our trip.
Mook and Aom at the Rice Barge Restaurant gave us that same wonderful feeling. They were both incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive, and we truly appreciated the way they looked after us. I wish them both, and Nan, all the very best.
Jessica at reception also deserves a mention. She came across as very experienced and confident in her role, and communicating with her was incredibly easy. She was clear, helpful and made everything feel effortless whenever we needed assistance.
At the main pool, Premier was always lovely and attentive, regularly making sure our table was looked after and that we had everything we needed. Mar also looked after us from time to time, although her approach could sometimes feel a little stressful, and there were a few occasions when our tabs and orders became confused. I hope this can be improved, as the rest of the pool service was excellent.
For us, the stay was absolutely worth the cost. When you take everything together, the villa, the views, private pool, facilities, spa, location, peaceful atmosphere and the genuinely caring staff, we felt that the experience justified what we paid.
Overall, Nora Buri gave us a truly memorable experience. We left feeling genuinely grateful for the hospitality we received and would happily return to Nora Buri and Koh Samui again.
