Lovely hotel
Had a really good 10 day stay at this hotel In a Seaview room with its own pool. It was lovely. The pool was a good size and 1.4 m deep. Pool big enough to be able to swim in. Room and bathroom nice. Comfy bed and pillows. Good housekeeping service. The best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone was so lovely and friendly, from the front reception, the boys who helped us across the road, the waiting staff, the cooks, the lads who drove the buggies around, the cleaners. Everyone was wonderful. A special thank you to Kay ya, Top and Git who went above and beyond. Leicester and Loh were also great. Leicester found my glasses case and kept it safe for me. I lost my purse in the back of a taxi which loh had called for us. I got it back safely. We had problems with our air-conditioning two nights running but this was dealt with well. We were moved to another room which resolved the issue. The Manager came to apologise next day. No free drink or anything though, which would have been appreciated as this all happened late a t night and was inconvenient 2 nights running. The hotel is on a hill which could be a problem for the less mobile, but golf buggies are freely used. Staff drive them around and give lifts if required. All in all really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. One tip for the restruant at breakfast. They had beautiful fresh honey on a honeycomb and differentjams. . Little sauce dishes would have been useful. Nothing was provided like iv seen in many a hotel. My only disappointment in this hotel was the beach. Basically there wasn't one. The pictures are very clever and it looks like a nice sandy beach. Its actually rocks and not a good beach. Not good for walking or swimming.

Amazing hotel, staff and value
I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. The staff are incredible, so friendly and they cannot do enough for you. Breakfast, pool lunch and the dinner (we ate in both the Thai restaurant and the Barge restaurant) was gorgeous. Lalita, the lady who organises the tours was so helpful and the tours were superb. Aom at reception always greeted us with a big smile. all the buggy drivers and restaurant staff were fab.Lou’s also! It’s a short taxi ride into the hustle and bustle of Chaweng. The hotel is also great value for money. This hotel now holds a special place in our hearts for our family.
