Helpful and friendly staff
This resort has amazing views and the room overlooked the sea. Very spacious room with the facilities needed. The staff couldn’t have helped us more, from offering to carry our bags, to recommendations on our next destinations. The restaurant was fairly priced and good portions with lots of options. Although the resort is a little tired, the staff and views make up for it. After all, we have to give everyone a chance after Covid to make changes and improvements to their businesses. Managers to waiters - they were all so lovely and no request was too much.

Very dated
This hotel has so much potential but is very dated/run down and is in desperate need for a refurb. The service was excellent, incredible views, comfortable bed and good food. If you book, definitely book a room with a sea view, you will not regret it.
Unfortunately all the facilities were run down and the rooms were also very dated.

Happy to be back after 5 years
It is a sweet boutique resort which feels like home, no big crowd of people jammed in the pool etc. The view is breath-taking from the room & everywhere. The room is well equipped & staffs are friendly & helpful. If the restaurant food can be upgraded it will be prefect. Another plus is there is a beautiful yoga shala with high quality yoga classes operated by Vikasa next door. A must try if you practice yoga.

Our memories will last a lifetime. Also, the food at the hotel restaurant is one of the best in Koh Samui, truly! Superman is THE BEST, he can arrange & fix anything! Attitude and dirty bed sheets
The bed sheets were dirty Iike they hadn't changed them from the last guests. I asked the manager for them to be changed. He said they had been changed that morning. I went back to the room and took the bed sheet off and took it to show him. You could visibly see the sweat stains on it. He agreed to get it changed. When the maid arrived to change the sheets she told us the manager had instructed her to not change the sheets that morning and merely turn the sheets over. We then. Needless to say we were not going to stay here. What with the managers attitude l gave her a tip and went to a different hotel.
