Very nice hotel, the room space is not too big and not too small, the hotel location is good, massage at the beach is superb, had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food is amazing!
Definitely not a 4 star
Well the front of house staff aren’t friendly compared to anywhere else in Thailand. They struggle to give the Thai good morning and avoid communication at all costs,And I have traveled around Thailand for close to two months. The cleaning and massage staff are lovely and friendly. Not enough cleaners and a few times rooms still not serviced till after 5 pm. Resort on a very busy and noisy road so 80 percent of the rooms would hear-the road , and can it can be heard while at the pool. Location of resort not in a great spot either have hire a scooter or ( 100 bht per person )jump on board one of the red Ute taxi to get to cheweng road.
Resort very old in need of renovations when it rains they drill more holes in ceilings to let water out. Not a very clean resort as understaff in cleaners. My shower would flood out on bathroom floor , did tell front desk and the manager a couple of times but no one was sent to fix the slow drainage issue . Don’t expect staff to take orders around pool for drinks or food but will definitely bring the bill to you but you’ll have to chase them up for your change if paying with cash. Staff very slow to clean up empty bottles and plates around pool area, sometimes left for hours. Over all I would rate this place a 2 star at best don’t waste your money and valuable time. First time I have written a bad review like this as usually like to find the good of something.
Room for'improvement
What I liked:
- Location. The hotel is literally on the beach, and Chawang Noi is a safe and quiet area,much better than the noisy and crowded Chawang beach.
- Zero mosquito in the winter.
- Decent food at reasonable price.
- Long walks on the beach day and night.
- Other restaurants at walking distance via the beach.
- Nice room, clean and functional, good bathroom, with direct access to the beach
What could be better:
- No roadside pedestrian access to the hotel: there is no sidewalk, and walking on the road itself looks pretty scary. And even if you take a chance, there is no shops at walking distance around. So you'll need a taxi quite often.
- Long chairs blocked from the early morning by customers who drop their towel and then disappear for the whole day.
- Not enough umbrellas.
- The front desk staff was not very friendly, and they hardly speak English.
- Loud music all day at the beach bar.

Simply bliss
Excellent service, the staff really make the holiday. We had villa 504 right next to the beach. Although a little dated it has all the amenities we needed. A few more hangers would have been handy but I know all resorts struggle with this. The staff and food are what make this resort. To name but a few; Reception James and Vive
Restaurant and bar Mas the master chef who delighted us with so many delicious flavours, and serving these delights were Saow, Apple, Kao, Kai, we feel bad not naming all the staff as each went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We found the food at the hotel unbeatable, both in cost and flavour, happy hours made the drinks reasonable and plentiful. The massage ladies on the beach were like dr's rubbing and massaging all my aches and pains away, these were also unbeaten in price and service, so don't barter they are worth the money and more. The beach is beautiful and plenty of fish to see to the left by the rocks. We got the little red bus into Chaweng wait the opposite side of the road to the hotel plenty pass by, give them a wave and they will stop, it cost us around 300 baht each way for 2. This is well worth it given the distance. Chaweng has all the shopping, night market and nightlife you could want. If you want a laid back relaxing resort not too far from the airport or nightlife this is it.

Hidden Paradise
Paradise found on earth. Its my hideway quiet romantic place with nice people working at the hotel. There is a breakfast also restaurant , you can enjoy drinks in Sabay beach bar, happy hour is 11-14 and from 17-20. Gym on property as well massage. This is my third stay. Rooms are clean .Just go and check out
