We want to go back!
We loved it here! The rooms were fabulous and felt luxurious, the pool was amazing (so WARM, and very clean), the food at the beach bar incredible (we ate a LOT) and the beautiful beachfront setting incomparable. We want to come back!! Highly recommended!
Great service
I first stayed here over 20 years ago and stayed there last week. The rooms are cute and the beach is great for swimming. The young girl at the desk was so helpful and sweet . i wanted to swap rooms and she was very easy to deal with, nothing was a problem . She even gave me a free ride to the airport which was nice.

Fantastic resort , location is amazing ,probably the best we’ve had in Thailand Chris on the front desk looked after everything little thing for us and made it very easy , amazing place

Stayed in room with pool and it was fine. Had good check in experience service team at check in were lovely. I also would like to acknowledge the housekeeping team who were brillant and great fun we enjoyed our banter with them. Mr Poo taxi man is awesome great guy who went over and above for us. Now unfortunately the negatives the hotel is very run down untidy grounds at the front is like a tip this place has huge potential with its great location wouldnt take much to fix. The breakfast was terrible empty limited choice poor quality got there at 9 nothing there juices empty doesnt take much to replenish for your guests. The pool bar team are not interested at all in service there like four of them they just sit there on their phones doing nothing. I checked in thought id go for a beer stood there for 5 minutes not one person bothered to service me also day 2 i took a mat put it on the beach chair it was still there 3 days later. The parasols around the bar all have holes in them. I really think they honestly dont care at all. I find it strange i saw two cleaning ladies doing a hell of alot of work for 5 days and 4 pool bar team do nothing but sit on there phones. Im disappinted i had to write a review like this caus i actually liked the place however i cant recommend it compared to other places ive stayed along chaweng. Simple fixes really
