5 star!! We love this hotel, we have stayed here twice and will definitely be returning next year. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the rooms are lovely, we have stayed in a deluxe room and just a standard and both are beautiful, very spacious and have all the amenities you could need. The pool is big and lots of sunbeds available. Breakfast is good, lots of choices. We also ate here at the restaurant and the food is lovely. Location is good, 15 minute walk to the strip or easy to get taxi. Also shops and restaurants very close by walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to anyone
Amazing, friendly staff and right on the beach.
The Baan Haad Ngam Resort was amazing, all the staff were so lovely, friendly, personable and so helpful, they helped with anything you needed.
For breakfast there was all different traditional breakfasts so there was a variety of foods.
The room was so clean, cleaners cleaned every day and the room was big.
The resort was on the beach and they had double kayaks and paddle boards.
I would definitely recommend staying in Baan Haad Ngam Boutique Resort.
Beautiful Property Ruined by Extremely Unprofessional and Aggressive Staff Behavior
property is beautiful, but the staff behavior was shocking. Luggage was damaged, water clogging issues were unresolved, basic water was denied, and staff repeatedly shouted at us. Delays caused by the hotel were blamed on us. The experience was stressful and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
On a pretty beach
We stayed 9 nights at Baan Haad Ngam Boutique Resort First night the room was very disappointing, down 29 steps and faced a 6 mtr concrete wall just outside the door. Needless to say we updated and changed room for remaining nights. Room was spacious, bed huge and bathroom excellent. Balcony did face other rooms and it was beside the small street that runs through the property. Staff are always smiling, friendly and obliging, property and garden well maintained and pool, while relatively small, faced directly onto the beautiful beach and was never too crowded whilst we were there. Breakfast was good with enough choice. Located nearby are some local restaurants and hotel has twice a day shuttle to center of Chaweng.

Great place! Great staff!
I really enjoyed it here. I stayed here for about 3 weeks. The location is perfect. Not far from central Chaweng but far enough away. Beautiful rooms, great pool, great food, right on the quieter part of Chaweng beach. I loved it. What I loved the most were the staff. I caught shingles over at Koh Phangang and they took such good care of me. This was two summers ago. I'm so excited to return in just a few days. I hope they still have a room available. Kevin
