Family holiday
Lovely family hotel, children liked the rooms (Hut style) as it was a different experience to what they are used to, however for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children under 10) it would've been better to have a bigger room (connecting ir 2 bedroom rooms) as I had booked Delux family room with an extra bed. Food selection for breakfast was fabulous something for everyone. Hotel had 3 pools, was nice to for kids to switch around. We had an issue with Ac not working few days before leaving but on the last night around 11pm I got really hot and called reception, maintenance came very quick. I didn't expect them to fix it but they managed to get upstairs working where the kids were sleeping. Reception checked in to see how we were doing and offered to send a fan over for downstairs, which was extremely powerful. Next day duty manager heard of the ac problem and checked in to make sure we were ok and apologised for the inconvenience. My fault but wish I had called them earlier when we noticed the room wasn't getting cold enough. Staff in and around the hotel were amazing and friendly. Wish we couldve used more of the facilities around the hotel. Overall would definitely come back to this hotel.

Recommended hotel!
A very good hotel. Very convenient. We booked a room with a swimming pool view. All good. Me and my partner were very happy. They have tables by the beach for dinner. We went there and it was amazing. So romantic.
Not worth the money
For the price you pay you get woken up early in the morning by planes- so noisy the flight path is literally over the hotel. There are NO towels. You have to fight for your life to get one. Breakfast is a mess, too many people not enough space and noisy no aircon and staff are particularly unhelpful. Nice pools though
Pleasure
The hotel is magical and you feel it the second you enter. They welcomed us with a drink and cold towels and completed the check in process while we were sitting at the lobby and relaxing. That was a big plus. Our room overlooked the pool and the sea, it was much bigger than usual and we had a deck with an exit to the pool area. We really enjoyed the room. The minir bar was free for the first use and they added a very nice beach straw bag as a gift. A very nice gesture. There are 3 pools in the hotel so it feels comfortable even when it's fully booked. The breakfast is excellent and rich with a variety of choices for everyone. They are attentive and very welcoming. The only things that can improve are the AC in the room that can be quieter and there should also be AC in the dining room even though it opens to an outside terrace. In the evening a smell of sewage is in the air at times when outside but it's all over the island due to not very good infrastructures. But we highly recommend the hotel. Choose the sea view rooms, they are perfect.
