Holiday with my girlfriend
Room was awesome with a nice view. Loved the pool
An exceptional stay with wonderful service, amazing staff, and a fantastic atmosphere.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The entire team was exceptionally warm, attentive, and helpful throughout our trip, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms and facilities were pristine, stylish, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and inviting. Everything exceeded our expectations!
Didn’t tick all of our boxes sadly
We had high hopes as the reviews tend to be really good. It was okay but I think we were a little disappointed. We didn’t find it as friendly as we had heard others say and we doing the breakfast not very nice. The dining area is small so does get pretty crowded. We’ve been to Samui many times and it’s the first time we’ve stayed somewhere where it just didn’t feel the greatest experience. One suggestion for the pool villas is do something with the large cement hole by the pool. We weren’t quite sure what purpose it serves. One recommendation. Walk onto the beach from the hotel and turn right and there’s loads of lovely restaurants.
Stunning pool and a short taxi to Fisherman’s Village!
Whole hotel is decorated beautifully. The pool area is stunning. The room was spacious and clean, we really enjoyed the turn down service with a different treat left each night. The service in the restaurant and around the pool was great. We never had issues with getting sun-beds but some people did, the staff worked really hard to sort the situation and make sure everyone had a place to lie. We enjoyed the buzzer service on the beds meaning you could get food and drinks delivered to your area at the pool.
The location is a short taxi ride from fisherman’s village and there is a 7/11 just across the road. The area feels up and coming, when we went out for dinner locally one night, the restaurants were empty but don’t let that put you off!
Only two small things to mention, the air con worked well in the room but we noticed that our belongings and the bed sheets often felt damp making me think something with the aircon wasn’t quite right. I have seen similar things mentioned in a few reviews. Second thing is that our room was advertised as having a sea view but there was a lot of foliage in front of our balcony meaning the view was obstructed quite a bit. See pictures.

The Culture Samui
Stayed for only 3 days and wish we'd stayed there for our entire holiday! Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, nice pool and sunlounger area with very attentive bar staff. Food was very good. Pretty much everything about the hotel was very good but by far the best thing was the staff, always smiling, eager to please you and very attentive - nothing was a problem.
