Incredible resort with wonderful views and service!
We stayed 5 nights in our lovely hillside suite, and were kept busy with touring, sailing and exploring Koh Samui. The hotel helped us book a responsible Elephant Sanctuary visit, which was wonderful. Add-on a day or two just to relax.
The spa was lovely. Meals were very good, especially breakfast. The buffet and dinner show was good as was the a la carte hilltop restaurant. (One upset tummy over the course of 3 weeks of travel was pretty good!). Ordering the golf carts to help get across this large, former plantation, went very well.
As a graduation trip for our son, their welcome gifts and praise for him were so thoughtful and appreciated. Very generous.

Both were absolutely tasty The service was outstanding, and a special thank you to Nay, Ploy, and Nam for taking such wonderful care of our table. A truly memorable experience.
Amazing dining experience, enjoying the delicious grilled dishes with exceptional flavors. They were delighted by the beautiful atmosphere, which perfectly complemented the spectacular fire show. The combination of exquisite food, a stunning setting, and exciting entertainment created a truly memorable evening. The service was exceptional, and all the staff were attentive, caring, and welcoming throughout our dining experience. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the entire team for taking such wonderful care of us, especially Nam, Ploy, Non, Nay and Prim. Their warm hospitality and thoughtful attention to detail made our evening even more special and memorable.

This has been the most amazing experience I’ve ever had. We stayed in this beautiful resort for several days and it was hard to imagine leaving. From the airport pick up where no detail was spared. To the gracious hospitality of every single individual, this is paradise on earth. The hotel manager, Nashwa was fantastic, making sure to introduce herself and reconnect with us to ensure we were having the best experience. Ping was also a great help with all of our dinner reservations and helping secure experiences. And a special shout out to Angie for the best massage I’ve ever had and for speaking my native language. I cannot wait to return. There is no matched hospitality to The Ritz in Ko Samui.
