Fon was very good at giving my massage and Saan was also very helpful
Amazing massage. Feel rebirthed.
The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, and the massage was masterfully done. Pha and Saan are true professionals who know exactly how to tailor a treatment for maximum relaxation. I left feeling entirely renewed.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Koh Samui. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, every team member made me feel genuinely welcomed with their warm hospitality and exceptional service.
A special thank you to Ms. Bernice, the Director of Rooms, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. She was incredibly attentive, approachable, and always willing to assist with anything I needed throughout my entire trip. Her professionalism and genuine care truly reflected the outstanding service standards of The Ritz-Carlton.
I would also like to commend Mr. Sean, the Muay Thai trainer. He was an excellent instructor who communicated clearly and patiently, making the session enjoyable even for beginners. Beyond teaching Muay Thai techniques, he also shared interesting insights into the culture and traditions of Koh Samui, making the experience even more meaningful and memorable.
The resort itself is simply breathtaking. The surroundings are peaceful, the facilities are beautifully maintained, and every corner of the property offers stunning views. Whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying the private beach, or dining at the restaurants, every experience exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made this trip truly special.
Thank you to the entire team at The Ritz-Carlton, Koh Samui, for creating such an unforgettable holiday. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, and truly world-class getaway. I look forward to returning again in the future.

Don’t hesitate to book this hotel!
By far the best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The service was second to none, down to the small details like treats on every turndown service and the staff remembering you at breakfast. Every restaurant we dined at was incredible- wouldn’t need to leave! The room also did not disappoint. The perfect place to celebrate our engagement!
