Fantastic service and attentive service by Singha, he was so knowledgeable and polite, explaining all of the menu , just perfect! All of the colleagues at the restaurant were fabulous!!!😊
Amazing diner date! We had a lovely evening with delicious food and brilliant service from Singha and the rest of the team. Thank you from Jon and Mo
Honestly can’t fault this hotel. Fabulous Premier Villas. We did have fun trying to find our way back to our villa the first night. 🤣. Great service. Staff are all lovely. Good food. Not a great amount of storage in the rooms but I know that beforehand….not a problem. I took packing cubes & bought cheap fold up hangers. Worked really well. We will be back.
We stayed here for eight nights and had a really pleasant stay. Overall, we’d happily come back.
The hotel itself is lovely. The pool area is well maintained, the beach is beautiful, and the spa is definitely worth a visit. We both had massages during our stay and they were excellent.
We stayed in one of the bungalows, which we really liked. It was comfortable and had a nice, private feel. The only downsides were the lack of storage space for clothes and the housekeeping leaving the door open while cleaning. Unfortunately, this meant my girlfriend ended up being bitten by mosquitoes quite badly.
The location is another big plus. At the bottom of the hotel driveway there’s a convenience store along with a few bars and restaurants. We particularly recommend the restaurant opposite with the white tiled floor in the middle of the row – the food was excellent, very reasonably priced and the place was spotlessly clean.
It’s also an easy walk to Fisherman’s Village, taking around 10–15 minutes to the night market and about 15–20 minutes to Coco Tam’s and the main street, so there are plenty of places to eat, drink and explore nearby.
We ate in the hotel restaurant a few times and the food was very good. It’s definitely more expensive than eating outside the hotel, but that’s to be expected as you’re paying for the convenience. That said, we couldn’t help thinking the restaurant and bar were missing an opportunity. Most evenings they were very quiet, and we think if the food and drinks were priced just a little lower, far more guests would choose to stay at the hotel instead of heading elsewhere. The daily happy hour was a good idea, though, and something we’d like to see expanded.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It’s a lovely hotel in a great location, with a beautiful beach and excellent spa. We’d definitely stay here again.
I visited the hotel in the 3rd week of June with my daughter. The location of the hotel close to Fisherman's Village and many bars, restaurants and supermarkets was great. You didn't feel like you were restricted to the hotel grounds. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and clean. Very generous breakfast options. The beach is accessible straight from the hotel and beach towels are readily available. I don't think there's anything to fault with this hotel.
