Ibis Samui Bophut

Very good staff, and very kind service. The location is good to travel around the island. Front office staff very lovely especially Khun Yean (Front office manager) I will come back soon

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ibis Samui Bophut from Thursday, March 12th to Sunday, March 15th, 2026, and I can honestly say it was one of the most welcoming experiences I’ve had in Samui. From the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out, the "good mood" of the property was infectious.

While the rooms are incredibly comfortable and well-maintained, providing the perfect sanctuary after a day in the sun, it is the staff who truly make this hotel shine. I would like to personally recognize two individuals who made my stay exceptional:

1. Khun Yean (Assistant Front Office Manager):

My positive experience actually began before I even stepped foot on the property. I had sent several inquiries via email regarding my stay, and Khun Yean responded with impressive speed and absolute clarity. Her professionalism gave me great confidence in my booking. Upon arrival, she greeted me with the same warmth I felt in her emails—always smiling, genuinely welcoming, and ensuring my check-in was seamless. She is a true asset to the Front Office team.

2. Khun Som (F&B at the Pool Bar):

The pool area has a fantastic atmosphere, and Khun Som is a huge part of that. She is incredibly friendly and proactive, always making sure I was aware of the best promotions and serving up what I can easily say are the best drinks on the island! Her energy and attention to detail made my relaxation time by the water even more enjoyable.

The entire team at Ibis Samui Bophut works together to create a warm, harmonious environment that makes you feel like more than just a guest. I left feeling truly refreshed and "warm" in my heart. I can sincerely promise that I will be coming back again and again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I recently stayed at ibis Samui Bophut from June 19 to 21, 2026, and I just have to say it was an amazing experience. To be completely honest, it didn't even feel like a hotel stay. It felt more like I was visiting a group of close friends—except these friends actually clean my room and make killer drinks for me! The good mood and energy here are just so infectious.

The rooms are super comfortable, clean, and a great place to crash after a long day in the sun. But the staff are the real reason I’m writing this. Everyone is so incredibly friendly, always smiling, and they made everything so easy and comfortable for me.

I want to give a huge shout-out to the MVPs of my trip:

Khun Yean (Assistant Front Office Manager): Even though it was her day off, she still went out of her way to make sure I got the exact room I requested. That’s true dedication right there (or maybe she just really missed me!). Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness.

Khun Som (F&B): The pool area has a great atmosphere, mostly thanks to Khun Som. She’s super friendly, always active, and kept me updated on the best promos. Plus, she makes what I can easily say are the absolute best drinks on the island! (Trust me, I tested them a lot).

Khun Arrit (Sales and Reservation Coordinator) & Khun Boss (Guest Service Agent): Thank you both for looking after me via email and during my stay. You guys made the whole check-in and booking process completely seamless and stressful-free.

The whole team works together like a big family, and they really make you feel like you belong. I left with a very warm heart and I can promise you I’ll be back again and again.
