Great family holiday
We had a great 2 week holiday here in July, meeting up with our family who live in Australia. The hotel is lovely and the staff are brilliant. The Room - very nice (525) with a view over the swimming pool. The bed and pillows were so comfortable.Everything in the room was great and kept spotlessly clean by our maid (we didn’t catch her name but she deserves special thanks). One point though is that there is not enough drawer space for clothing. Plenty enough room for a set of drawers to be provided? The main swimming pool is very good with great service at the pool bar (special mention to Diamond who tried to teach us a bit of Thai and kept us entertained) The beach bar is also a nice place to eat and drink during the day and night (thanks to Beer and Moo for their wonderful service). Why does it have to close at 22.30 though? Lost count of people turning up after that to find it was closing! The beachfront restaurant provided a very good buffet breakfast and we did eat there in the evening a couple of times (far cheaper and more variety outside the hotel though) We arranged trips through Kitty the concierge who was so helpful and always asked us the day after how we had enjoyed them. Finally a big thank you to Rex and Tawan on reception who arranged for us to keep our room for an extra 2 hours on our day of departure, it was so helpful. Overall a lovely hotel experience

Bandara family adventures
First time to Koh Samui our first stay as recommended by Chatgpt. Bandara resort has been exceptionally good! We were given early check-in and upon arrival a delicious Mango juice and cool towel. Thiri was our beautiful concierge and checked us in quickly and efficiently! She also booked and recommended our activities for the 4 days we spent at Bandara. All of which were such amazing experiences. Food and drinks was amazing! We were lucky enough to have been here for the Thai Buffet night. The location is great for walking distance to Fisherman's Market, massage, takeaways beach. We will most definitely be coming back again.

Fantastic lifetime experience. Wonderful accommodation, amazing service and food. Very warm welcome, and nothing was too much trouble for the management and team.
Wide range of activities, including the excellent Thai Cooking Course with Executive Chef Nat - a truly unique experience!
We celebrated our 70th birthday here with our family from the UK and Australia. The party was organised in consultation with Manager Chai and team, including decorated private room for meal, and a beautiful complementary cake.
The Island is beautiful, and its people are more so. We highly recommend the Bandara resort at Samui.

Perfect location
Very nice stay. More on the family with kids side than we imagined. Nice and friendly atmosphere. Beautiful room with comfy beds. Only thing missing was oat porridge for breakfast.
