Highly recommend
Such a fabulous hotel with the most amazing staff, so friendly and they can't do enough for you. From breakfast on your own private beach, 3 pools to chose from and lovely food I would highly recommend the BANDARA SPA RESORT.
Nice place, service good too. We had a pool room which was really nice when we got back to the room.
All good, service, staff attentive and Stefen was really helpful along with all his colleagues.

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay, and we would especially like to thank Stefan for his outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. He gave us excellent recommendations, answered all of our questions with patience, and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.
Stefan went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, and his positive attitude made a real difference. Employees like him are a great asset to the hotel.

Various Pros and Cons
Pros:
-location is fantastic and beach is beautiful -Gardens well maintained
- housekeeping great
- staff very nice
-Big main pool
Cons:
- cannot flush toilet paper down toilet, I’ve stayed in many resorts on the island this is the first that toilet paper was to be placed in bin
- breakfast, did have variety but it felt limited and most hot items are cold. When asked for a hot item instead, that could not be done
- restaurant, doesn’t matter how many times we told them, please bring out plates as they are ready so food is served hot. They did not, they waited for the entire tables plates to be ready, which meant some plates were sitting at the serving area for 10-15 minutes and came cold. When I questioned if my item was waiting there (I could see it) they said it wasn’t, then two minutes later bought it to my table cold.
- not sure why but most nights the resort and room smelt of sewage.
Would we stay again? Most likely not.
