Five nights turned into ten…
I originally booked five nights at Pullman Khao Lak and ended up staying for ten. That probably says more about the hotel than any rating could!
It’s a beautiful beachfront resort with a relaxed beach vibe that makes it very easy to switch off. The rooms are spacious and contemporary, and the whole property is well maintained without feeling too polished or stiff.
The service was consistently warm and professional. Stephanie from Guest Relations made a particularly good first impression, while Georgi was a very nice and approachable point of contact throughout my stay and even before my arrival. He was always easy to talk to and genuinely interested in making sure I was enjoying the stay.
There’s a good choice of food and drinks across the resort, and I was very happy with the overall quality.
What I liked most was simply the combination of the beautiful beach, the relaxed atmosphere, good rooms and genuinely friendly people.

Great Stay
This was our first time staying here, and we booked two rooms. The rooms were very spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The swimming pool was beautiful, and the atmosphere was lovely. The food was delicious as well. A special thanks to Khun Nan, who helped us with our luggage and provided excellent service. He was very helpful and gave us great recommendations. The only downside was that it rained from time to time, so unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy the pool as much as we wanted. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place.
One of the best weeks I’ve ever had.
A bit of a trip from main centre, but hotel and staff are absolutely fantastic. NOTHING is a problem. Hotel is extremely comfortable with excellent lay out but it’s the staff that truly make it so totally worthwhile. We all loved our week here and will return.

I recently stayed at Pullman Khao Lak with my wife, daughter, and my sister’s family, and we had an absolutely wonderful time. This resort truly has everything you need to relax, enjoy, and create lasting memories together. From the beautiful surroundings to the wide range of facilities, every detail is designed to make your holiday special. Above all, what makes this place stand out is the amazing staff. A special mention goes to Ms. Milk at reception, whose warm welcome and helpful nature set the tone for our stay. Every team member we met was attentive, kind, and dedicated to making guests feel at home. We really enjoyed every moment of our stay and will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this beautiful resort to anyone visiting Khao Lak—it’s the perfect place to relax, have fun, and be taken care of by an exceptional team. Pullman Khao Lak is not just a resort, it’s an experience worth repeating!
