Absolutely amazing stay here, service was awesome, Milan was the best and made sure everything was up to standard, we had an ocean front room and it was gorgeous! I’m a light sleeper so not good for me as waves were loud at night! My hubby loved it though!
Family getaway
A Perfect Family Getaway at Pullman Khao Lak – Highly Recommended!
We would love to share our wonderful family experience at the Pullman Khao Lak Resort. The hotel is conveniently located just an hour and a half from Phuket International Airport, and the individual transportation arranged by the hotel was seamless and stress-free—a great start to our holiday.
Traveling with our two young children (ages 3 and 5), we truly appreciated the hotel’s thoughtful hospitality. We were generously upgraded to a first-floor room, which made getting in and out with a stroller and little ones incredibly easy. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, giving us all the comfort we needed after long sunny days.
A special highlight of our stay was the kids' playroom. We cannot thank the amazing team enough—Tammy, Yuiee, Ying, Kam, and Peat—who went above and beyond to make our children feel welcome and entertained. The playroom is packed with creative and engaging activities, from arts and crafts to games and storytelling. Our kids literally begged to go there every day, and we felt completely at ease leaving them in such caring and professional hands. It truly is a kids' paradise!
Beyond the playroom, the resort itself is stunning. The beach is absolutely breathtaking—soft white sand and crystal-clear water, perfect for family walks and building sandcastles. The food across the hotel’s restaurants was delicious, with plenty of options even for picky young eaters. We also loved the swimming pools—they were immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and had shallow areas safe for children. The entire resort grounds are lush, well-maintained, and a real treat for the eyes.
Overall, Pullman Khao Lak is a true family-friendly haven. The combination of attentive service, fantastic kids' facilities, gorgeous natural surroundings, and delicious dining made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend it to any family looking for a relaxing and enjoyable tropical escape. We can’t wait to come back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceeded Every Expectation – An Absolutely Stunning Resort!
We stayed at Pullman Khao Lak Resort through a Luxury Escapes package, and I can honestly say the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly well looked after.
A very special mention must go to Stephanie at reception, who gave us such a wonderful first impression of the resort. She was warm, welcoming and professional, and took the time to explain everything to us so clearly. Nothing felt rushed, and she made us feel completely at ease from the moment we checked in. Stephanie is an absolute asset to the Pullman team and deserves special recognition for the way she looks after guests.
The resort itself is absolutely stunning. Our room was beautiful, spacious and exceptionally comfortable, with every amenity we could possibly need. The entire property is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained and clearly cared for to a very high standard.
The buffet was incredible. The variety and quality of the food far exceeded what we were expecting, with so much choice that there was always something different to try. Everything was beautifully presented and delicious.
Another thing that really impressed us was the personal touch from management. The resort manager actually came over and introduced himself to us, which we thought was wonderful. In a resort of this size, taking the time to personally meet guests says a great deal about the level of hospitality and attention to detail.
We also absolutely loved Kram Beach Club. It has such a gorgeous setting and atmosphere, but once again it was the staff who made the experience so memorable. A huge thank you to Ton, Tee and Namthip for their outstanding service, beautiful smiling faces and for always making us feel so welcome. They genuinely added something special to our stay.
The beach in front of the resort is lovely, clean and beautiful to walk along. The sea was quite rough during our stay, so it wasn’t always ideal for swimming, but that certainly didn’t take away from how beautiful the beachfront setting is.
What really sets this resort apart is the people. The property may be beautiful, the rooms luxurious and the food fantastic, but it is the warmth and genuine hospitality of the staff that we will remember most.
Our Luxury Escapes package certainly lived up to its name. We arrived with high expectations and left feeling that Pullman Khao Lak had exceeded every one of them.
A huge thank you to the entire team — and especially Stephanie, Ton, Tee and Namthip — for making our stay so memorable.

A good stay
Pullman Khao Lak Resort was one of the best resorts I’ve visited so far. I came from India with my family and had a wonderful 3-day stay here. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the food was good, and the overall experience was amazing. A special shoutout to Mr. Ko Nan, who was one of the sweetest people we met during our stay. He was extremely helpful, fun to talk to, and such a pleasant person to have around. His warm and friendly nature made our stay even more memorable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to visit again!

Pullman Khao Lak Resort was definitely one of the best resorts I’ve visited so far. I came from India with my family, and we had a wonderful 3-day stay here. The resort was beautiful, the food was good, and most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
A special mention to Mr. Ko Nan, who was one of the sweetest people we met during our stay. He was extremely helpful, cheerful, and such a fun person to talk to. His warm personality really made our experience even more memorable.
