AMAZING AMARI BANGKOK !!! We have just returned from another amazing stay at the Amari Bangkok. We stay here whenever we take a holiday in Bangkok because there is nothing about this hotel we can fault. From the moment you arrive the hospitality shown is exemplary. We have to say all of the staff here go above & beyond to cater for all your requirements. A massive shout out to the full team at Club Siraa including Ploy,Sun,Thip,Saipan,Faii,Am,Jenny,Fay,World,Mook & thank you also to Lydia. You were all so attentive & made our stay that much more special that we have already returned home & considering another trip back there in the not too distant future. We also appreciated the lobby staff who greeted us always on our return to the hotel including the concierge staff & elevator assistants. Best hotel also for location. You can shop till you drop at the Amari Bangkok. Thank you again for another amazing memorable stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed at the Amari Bangkok as a family of four (2 adults, 2 children) and were disappointed with the service, which was unusual given Thailand’s reputation for excellent hospitality.

There is a large government-led construction site directly outside the hotel, generating significant noise, pollution and traffic congestion. Some taxi drivers refused to take us to the hotel at all because of the resulting jams. We understand the works themselves are outside the hotel’s control, but the hotel knew about this disruption and said nothing in advance — a simple heads-up would have let us make an informed decision about booking. When we raised it during our stay, we were thanked for the feedback, but nothing further was offered. For a 5-star property, we would have expected at least a courtesy gesture acknowledging the inconvenience.

The room itself felt more like a 4-star business hotel than a 5-star family stay. The air conditioning and mattress were both good, but the wardrobe space was minimal — really only sufficient for one person, not a family of four.

Everything else about the stay was fine, but between the lack of proactive communication about the construction and the limited room storage, it didn’t meet the expectations we’d associate with a 5-star stay.

Very nice hotel, beautiful, great breakfast, special thank you for great hospitality, and kindness and excellent service to Joe, Chao and Rose for helping us get a taxi. We would have missed our flight without these 3 people. Very big thank you for helping us, we are very grateful <3 they definitely deserve a rise!
