A Birthday to remember
The best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Rooms were huge, and tastefully decorated. Our balcony had the most stunning views, breakfast was an event, and the 2 pools were never crowded(even though the hotel was full). Staff were friendly and polite. They even sang Happy Birthday to me! I can’t wait to return.

Excellent location, conveniently situated close to the center of Ubud, making it ideal for tourism.
We traveled with our family to celebrate our sister's wedding nearby. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the center of Ubud and ideal for tourism. The staff at the hotel are as friendly as any other local Balinese people; they were kind and genuinely eager to help.
We would like to give a special shout-out to the concierge staff, the cleaner of our room, and Mang Tri from the restaurant. They made our stay memorable, and we are very pleased to see that all the personnel are valued by the management.

Romantic dinner packages
What a fabulous location. Not good if you have mobility issues due to the large amount of stairs but other than that, staff were amazing and the Romantic temple dinner package was outstanding. I booked it for our anniversary and it was amazing. Beautifully done, staff were so attentive, food was excellent.

Perfect holiday
We were so impressed with this beautiful hotel, the atmosphere was so calm and relaxing and all the.staff went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was perfect. We loved our room ' Banyan 4' as it was spacious, clean and had a terrace with a stunning jungle view. Both pools were lovely and the grounds were well kept and pristine. The location was ideal, very close to restaurants and only a short distance to the centre of Ubud. We felt the hotel was excellent value for money as the food was delicious, drinks were good and the service was superb. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for traditional character, beautiful views, great location and above all the most friendly and helpful staff you could wish for. For us it was perfect.
