Beautiful, quiet, & serene location.
Villas are spacious, neat & clean.
Daily yoga offered as well as the option of immersing yourself in the local culture by participating in a free daily activity such as Traditional Balinese offerings making and cooking class.
Friendly and helpful staff.

Beautiful Eco Resort
My friends and I stayed here for the beginning of our Bali adventure. We absolutely loved the breakfast there! Dinner was good, but the dinner rolls/bread they served was a little stale; not fresh at all. There are plenty of stairs and we were in villas 7 and 8. Was a bit disappointed that the yoga area appeared to be under renovation so could not access that part. However, the rooms were very clean and well appointed. The views overlooking the forest especially at sunrise were stunning. Staff were courteous and helpful! Enjoyed our stay there!

Perfect Short Getaway
This is our honeymoon and they perfectly accommodate our request to having a nice view room. The room is coming with a bathtub with jacuzzi too! We are so amazed and happy. The staffs also really kind, it doesn’t matter if you are a local or foreign, they treat you the same. Top notch for their hospitality. My husband also get a slice of birthday cake when we’re having breakfast on the next day, since it’s my husband’s birthday tho. We’re blown the candle at their restaurant that having a magnificent view of their pool and valley view. The only things that need to be improved are their WiFi that didn’t work at room also they didn’t put any tea spoons inside the room,so we get confuse to make a coffee/tea since there’s no spoon provided at room. Overall, we’re really enjoyed our stay and definitely come back :)

A local attempt at international resort that doesn't quite get there but is lovely non the less
Puri Sebatu is a small resort style villa location with only ten rooms. It is quite isolated which makes it great if you want somewhere to escape to. They have a free shuttle to ubud that goes three times a day each way at 10 2 and 4, returning at 11, 3 and 5. If you dont use the shuttle you will be charged extortionist prices from the local transport mafia or the hotel.
To be honest the standard of maintenance and detail at Puri Sebatu is a bit below what i would expect at this price bracket. This is one of those classic places that needs someone with more knowledge of the foreign and Jalarta markets, and their expectations and how to neet them. Also in need of attention to details on maintenance and food quality.
Onw complaint we had, whivh ia probably complex for the hotel to do anything about is the invasion of flies from a nerby chicken shed. Annoying but understandable
Overall though it was a nice spot with good service, but a bit below what it could be
Also highly recommend a walk that we did to Bagus Jati Resort. Its 7.5kms award stone structures nearby by on the road, there ia a small walking track off to your left that leads down to a small bamboo bridge that crosses the river. This then comes up to a small dirt road that heads south, eventually joining the main road and follow that down to Bagus Jati. Lovely walk

What an amazing experience !
To start off with, we couldn’t have asked for anything more from the polite and friendly staff. Always a smile and asking to help wherever they could. The views are phenomenal from the restaurant area, pool area and our lodge, the photos just don’t do it justice. The food is tasty and cooked fresh every meal time. The rooms were clean and absolutely luxurious ! Our stay here has been incredible, along with the breathtaking views of the jungle, I am giving Puri Sebatu Resort a 10 star rating. No complaints, apart from the insects and bugs, but that’s to be expected in the middle of a tropical Balinese Jungle.
