Fairytale wedding and stay
We honestly could not have dreamed of a more perfect place to get married than Jannata Resort & Spa. From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay felt like a fairytale.
Our wedding day was absolutely magical, and the entire team went above and beyond to make everything feel completely seamless. Every detail was handled with such care and attention, allowing us to simply relax, enjoy every moment and take it all in. Despite the many moving parts that come with a wedding, everything ran so smoothly and exactly as we had hoped.
A very special thank you to Iga and the entire Jannata team. Iga was incredible from start to finish — so attentive, kind, organised and genuinely invested in making our wedding day perfect. We always felt that we were in the safest hands, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The communication, organisation and support throughout our stay were exceptional.
The resort itself is breathtaking. Waking up surrounded by the lush greenery of Ubud, the beautiful views, peaceful atmosphere and stunning surroundings made it feel like we had stepped into our own little paradise. Every member of staff we met was warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful, which made our entire stay even more special.
Our wedding was intimate, romantic and truly felt like a real-life fairytale — and Jannata played such a huge part in making that possible.
We will forever look back on our time at Jannata as one of the most special experiences of our lives. Thank you to Iga and the entire Jannata team for giving us the wedding and stay we had always dreamed of. We could not recommend Jannata Resort & Spa highly enough. ❤️

Wedding Perfection and an Amazing stay
16 of us stayed at the hotel for our daughters wedding, held at the hotel. The wedding was beautifully presented, the most stunning photos from start to finish. We had a mix of villas (incredibly spacious and comfortable) to “standard” rooms which were also really spacious with the same amazing views. The stairs down from the open air lobby and restaurant to the villas were no joke…guests in the standard rooms weren’t sad they didn’t have to make the climb.
The spa was great, breakfast was just the best, we ordered everything on the menu and everything was fabulous.
Staff were beyond friendly and helpful, we felt so well taken care of.
The location is in a quiet area, nothing really within walking distance but cars and grabs were easily accessible and the ride to town was really short, so I liked the seclusion and quiet.
Restaurant was great …we stayed in one night and had a great meal in the most relaxed setting.

I was genuinely sick, stuck in bed, and unsure whether I’d even be fit to travel the next day. They still refused a refund.
Worse, they kept dodging our request to speak directly with the manager who made the decision.
For a business built around hospitality and wellbeing, this was cold, money-first treatment.
Dream wedding at Jannata
We had our dream wedding at Jannata, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
From the very beginning, the wedding coordinators were incredibly helpful, attentive and supportive. I had quite a few specific requests and ideas, and they always went above and beyond to make everything happen. They were so patient with us and made the entire planning process feel easy and stress-free.
We had 35 guests, and every single one of them absolutely loved the experience. Many of our guests told us it was one of the best trips of their lives, which says everything about how special the whole experience was. Jannata managed to create a beautiful wedding for a large group while still making everything feel personal and thoughtful.
The wedding itself was perfect. The food was amazing, and every detail was carefully thought through. Everything came together exactly the way we had imagined.
Our stay at the hotel was also exceptional. The property was beautiful, clean, organised and incredibly comfortable. The staff were always so friendly, welcoming and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed.
We are so grateful to the entire Jannata team for making such an important moment in our lives so special. I would absolutely love to come back one day, and I highly recommend Jannata not only as a beautiful place to stay, but especially for anyone considering having their wedding in Bali.
