Thanks for the hospitality by hotel staff
During our stay at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan, we were fortunate to receive outstanding service from Purba, the lobby manager.
We were traveling with elderly family members, and Purba kindly arranged rooms with no stairs, making it much easier and safer for them to move around. His thoughtfulness and attention to our needs made a real difference to our stay.
Purba was warm, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure our family was comfortable from the moment we arrived. His kindness gave us peace of mind and allowed everyone, especially our elderly family members, to fully enjoy this beautiful resort.
Thank you, Purba, for your exceptional hospitality and for going the extra mile. Your service truly reflects the high standards of Four Seasons, and we sincerely appreciate everything you did for our family.

Simply an amazing hotel! From the beautiful surroundings and elegant atmosphere to the warm hospitality and exceptional service, everything was truly impressive. The attention to detail, comfort, and overall experience made our stay incredibly enjoyable. Definitely a place I would be happy to return to and highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable stay.
A little slice of paradise
Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location with great people. A great place to spend some time in Ubud. Great team but in particular Awin, Dewi (spa manager), , Eid and Tim the resort manager were all great! We had little hiccups during the stay which they managed to resolve quickly and efficiently. 10 Out of 10 — Even Better Than I Imagined
Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan is one of the most stunning places I have ever visited. I expected it to be beautiful, but I did not expect this level of quality. Every day here somehow gets better.
What sets this resort apart is the extraordinary thoughtfulness behind every detail. The service is warm, intuitive and consistently exceptional. The property is breathtaking, the food and drinks have been outstanding, and every swim in the pool feels like an experience in itself. Nothing feels overlooked.
This is hospitality at another level. You can feel the care that has gone into every part of the experience, from the smallest personal touches to the overall design and setting. The team seems to anticipate what you need before you even ask.
I have stayed at many beautiful hotels, but this one is genuinely special. An unequivocal 10 out of 10.

An incredible 4 day experience
We came for four days to celebrate our anniversary, albeit a belated one. From the moment we landed, the team took care of everything. We were met at the airport and whisked away to the hotel, and the 90-minute transfer felt easy and effortless. (Don't let the distance fool you - it really does take 90 minutes, but the car is very comfortable and has WiFi.)
The welcoming ceremony on arrival was beautiful and set the tone for the rest of our stay.
The lotus pond - probably the most photographed part of the hotel - is everything people say it is. It’s quite incredible. The romantic dinner for two is a must-do, and it was the perfect way to mark the occasion.
The food at both restaurants was excellent. The Thursday seafood BBQ at Riverside was a stand-out, but Ayung Terrace, the Balinese restaurant, was also exceptional. The breakfast menu is amazing - a wide variety of Western and Asian delights with incredible pastries. And the coffee is fabulous.
Cocktails at the Jati Bar are a lovely way to see out the day. You can hear the birds in the trees while sipping on something delicious.
We stayed in a villa and would highly recommend it. Generous features included the private pool, outdoor shower, and generous interior. It made the decision to venture out a difficult one. The fresh milk bottle in your personal fridge is a very welcome touch!
The spa is exceptional and shouldn’t be missed. We took in a local water-cleansing treatment for 2+ hours and it flew by.
There’s a wide variety of excursions on offer. We did the river rafting, which finishes at the resort, and we’d highly recommend it too.
We’d happily return. Our thanks go to the amazing team at the Four Seasons. You always excel.
