Extremely honest , friendly and helpful
Booked a pool view room, firstly recommend this as cheaper rooms are lower ground and get no view or in shade .
Check in was easy and we learned we had one free mini bar (2x coke, 1x oj, 3 packets biscuits ). Also free afternoon tea in reception daily from 3-5pm.
Clean room, very fresh and renovated.
Breakfast buffet is good and lunch and dinner great.
On the north side of town up a busy one way road with uneven footpath but only approx 900m to town and easy walk generally . The safer more pleasurable walk is down the no exit road by Agny restaurant which is a lot more calm and where you find an excellent laundromat for 20k per kilo. This street is located when you turn left out of hotel , walk down hill to the first corner where on this corner you will find a footpath and this path /lane will take you to town as well .
Gym is excellent either large range if dumb bells and machines .
Reception very helpful offering free shuttle van transfers into town and back every two hours .
Lastly really appreciate this effort . After checking out we get advised we left $50 aud. Responsive texts and phone calls and options to return and honesty and effort much appreciated .

Nice Hotel in Ubud, Bali
Lovely set up close to art market with excellent ambience and friendly staff. Rooms were spacious with all amenities. Only problem is limited vegetarian food options.
Worth to stay
Great location, quiet and peaceful. Well-kept grounds with a swimming pool. Polite staff. They upgraded our room to a higher category because the hotel has no elevator, and it was difficult to walk up to the third floor. There is a parking lot right opposite the hotel. A couple of small shops are nearby. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city center.

Hidden hillside gem
Stayed a few nights here, room with a poolside view. Enjoyed our stay, room was comfy with a balcony. They provide a hanging frame to hang wet clothes on the balcony. Mattress and pillows were comfy with a set of firm pillows and a set of soft pillows. The desk in the room has an international socket so no need for travel adapters. WiFi is strong and good. Staff are attentive and aim to please. We were greeted with a refreshing iced cinnamon brown sugar herbal drink upon checkin. Free afternoon tea is provided next to the reception area from 3-5pm. Breakfast is buffet style with choices for vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Good variety of local delights. Fresh herbal energy drinks are available in the fridge for guests. Try to go early to sample their local kueh (next to the pastries). We enjoyed swimming everyday when the pool opens at 7am. It’s a double story waterfall and infinity pool style. It is the best feature on site. There are no lifts at the hotel as there are not many floors and the hotel grounds are terraced in the hillside. You can get porter assistance to help with luggage. We tried their on site spa for a massage. It was lovely and we were served with a nice warm ginger tea at the end. Every Friday they have a special buffet dinner with local cultural dances. Overall a very pleasant and quiet stay to get away from the hustle and bustle of town. Would recommend.

Excellent stay
Excellent location, walking distance to Ubud Center, many restaurants around. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Good quality and variety of breakfast offered and room was very spacious and comfortable. Will definitely stay here if I go back to Ubud.
