An unforgettable experience
Staying at this hotel was the best decision I could have made for my 5 nights stay in Ubud. The staff is absolutely incredible, from the people at the reception, the restaurant and all around the hotel they just make it an even more magical experience with their care and kindness. There are lots of activities to choose from and we did the Melukat session and the offering making with the lovely Ms Pita who gave us great explanations and made the experience an unforgettable one. I will miss this place for sure 🙏

Very nice hospitality and good services from day 1 to day 9, all staff were incredible and especially Pita who was there all time to help us
A place that stays with you
This is a magical place: authentic and mysterious. Comfortable rooms, a great restaurant, and excellent facilities, including a spa/massage, a conference room, and lounge areas. But what made my stay especially wonderful were the people who work there! Pita, Mayumi, Rindi, Dayu, Muhamad, and Ardi—I’m so grateful for your attention, kindness, and warmth! 🤍🕊️
Best staff ever
I had a wonderful stay at this resort. I’m travelling alone but never felt lonely there as the staff are all so kind, friendly, and welcoming. Pita in particular went above and beyond to make my stay special, she personally responded to any request or question that I had and made me feel so looked after. I will be taking home many warm memories from this stay, thank you to all of the team working at Adiwana Svarga Loka
