Great beachside resort. Great staff.
We had a great stay at W Seminyak. Great location, great amenities and especially great staff. Thank you to the team at wet deck, Radit and Agung took excellent care of us everyday. Thank you as well to Nauval and Bayu for seamless transportation and exceptional help with our check in and check out. And thank you as well to Adi for all your attentiveness.
Above all else we would like to acknowledge the efforts of Zach, the front office manager at W Seminyak. His level of care and service are of the highest caliber. Zach is on a completely different level, and has an incredible ability to make guests feel genuinely valued and looked after. What stands out most is that his hospitality never feels scripted or transactional — it feels personal, thoughtful and sincere. He is a huge part of why we continue to return to W Seminyak year after year.
The team at W Seminyak, paired with the exceptional bars, pool, restaurants, location and overall amenities will have you returning from your holiday already planning your next return.

An Exceptional Stay!
We had an amazing 8-day stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel is in a great location and our villa was stunning. The entire hotel is well maintained with the true W vibe! The service throughout our stay was impeccable and incredibly attentive. We were also lucky enough to experience the new Alune restaurant. And for breakfast at Starfish Bloo always had a good variety choices. Our favourite place however was the W lounge. We spent many afternoons relaxing there, enjoying the views across the Indian Ocean. A very special thank you to Fery and the entire team for looking after us. Their hospitality really made our holiday memorable. We absolutely loved our time here and no would happily return. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and professional. Everyone was attentive and always willing to assist, which made our stay extremely enjoyable.
A special mention to Erik, who was exceptionally helpful, kind and attentive throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to assist us whenever needed and provided excellent service.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.
Amazing Experience!
Our experience at the Resort was nothing short of amazing, from the warm welcome by the staff despite us arriving at odd hours we had a seamless check in. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. The cleanliness is top notch and the amazing staff are attentive to detail offering prompt services and ensured that our stay was very comfortable. We did also enjoy the options available at breakfast and the beautiful sunsets by the beach. We would highly recommended and would sure love to be back. Thank you very much for your hospitality you exceeded our expectation and would highly recommend to those looking for an amaizing, comfortable and relaxing experience.

One of the best family friendly resorts
Great family fit resort. Very nice villa with big swimming pool. Service and restaurant were excellent.
