- Ts Suites Leisure Seminyak Bali

This world-class and prestigious hotel is a dash of hip and a whole lot of sophistication, offering a totally fresh contemporary lifestyle right in the heart of Seminyak's trendy district on the main street of Jalan Nakula. The property is a mere 5 minutes' walk from Seminyak shopping district, 15 minutes’ walk from Double Six Beach and Ngurah Rai International Airport is a 15 minutes’ drive away. There are several types of accommodation units, ranging from standard guest rooms to roof-top villas with private swimming pools. All of them are exclusively appointed and come fully equipped with the highest technological equipment and the most stylish and comfortable materials. This is an accommodation which is ideal to directly address all the senses thanks to the services and facilities offered, including a large infinity pool and a leisure club to rest and relax.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We experienced a very dirty hotel that was poorly maintained. The shower door was broken, causing water to splatter everywhere during showers, which resulted in my daughter falling twice. The towels were a dull grey, and the floor mat emitted an unpleasant odor. Although the staff assisted us in changing rooms, we discovered that each room had the same issues. While the hotel is spacious, I cannot recommend it due to its poor condition.
TS Suites is a decent option to stay, especially because of its good location near the market, which makes moving around easy. The hotel itself is comfortable and well maintained. However, the front desk staff was very rude, which was disappointing. Other staff members were fine and helpful. Food options are very limited for vegetarians like me, so that could definitely be improved. A plus point is the free daily minibar, which includes 2 water bottles and 2 cold drinks, and that was a nice touch. Overall, I would rate the stay as okay—not great, not bad, but acceptable mainly for the location and basic comforts.
Amazing location but that’s where it ends. We were 12 people all staying in the 2 bedroom villas next door to each other. The buffet breakfast is terrible food. We only went on the first morning and never again. The rooms are okay and comfortable but the tiles all around the pool are extremely slippery and dangerous. We had 3 people slip and hurt themselves.
We couldn't fault TS Suites, the staff were so friendly and made us feel like royalty. The room was enormous, clean, and had everything you could wish for. The buffet breakfast had a range of dishes from classic kiwi to Indonesian to salads and fresh fruit. The bed was comfy and that bathtub (Sands Suite) was a welcome addition after a lomg flight.
We had a really wonderful stay at TS Suites. The hotel itself is great—the rooms are huge and comfortable, the location is super convenient, and the rooftop pool is a perfect spot to relax. What really stood out to us, though, was how nice the staff are. Every single person we ran into was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They always greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, without it ever feeling forced. It’s rare to find service that feels this genuine. It’s the kind of place that just makes you feel welcome from day one. We’d definitely stay here again! And already planning it
