The staff were exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The complimentary suite upgrade was such a beautiful surprise and made our stay even more special.

Very convenient location close to beach and restaurants. Staff at The Haven were always friendly and willing to assist. Particular thanks to Bagus (housekeeping) for looking after my room and keeping it clean and tidy.
