My favourite hotel in Bali is The Haven. Endang, Sara & Bagus are exceptional as hosts and making a person feel like royalty. I will absolutely be coming back, not only because of the facilities. But because of the staff. AAA rating all the way !
Watch your room, they cheat badly
Arrived at hotel late afternoon long flight Took our three rooms and went to bed We paid for superior rooms But they gave us basic Hotel was full because we arrived late ! Manager admitted fault and gave us a ride to the airport (joke) No I would not go back Total thieves

Good value central hotel with friendly hospitality
Great stay at The Haven in a perfect central Seminyak location — close to restaurants, shops, and about a 10-minute walk to the beach (plus a handy shuttle to a beach club with free sunbeds). Being so central, it can be a little noisy at times, but nothing too disruptive.
Rooms are a little dated and short on storage, but always very clean thanks to excellent housekeeping.
Loved the buffet breakfast — big thanks to Desi and Ayu for their friendly, welcoming service each morning. The 24-hour restaurant was also a lifesaver when we arrived late and hungry!
Special mention to Sara for always greeting us by name and making us feel so welcome.
Overall, a fantastic stay made even better by the warm, friendly staff.
