Excellent Experience at The Haven
Location was perfect, great atmosphere, rooms cleaned daily, great value for money Very clean hotel, beautiful pool and surroundings. Staff amazing especially Ayu. Ayu was so welcoming, friendly, funny and kind Would highly recommend The Haven

The location is awesome and atmosphere is beautiful and rooms are clean and value for the money to stay at a beautiful hotel. The staff are beautiful all the time Ayu always goes above and beyond to make sure you are looked after wouldn’t stay anywhere where else thank you .

From airport transfers and help with bags. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was superb. Pools, fountains and airy spaces. Morning buffet breakfast with everything (including egg's cooked your way). The food and drinks menu was very generous variety and delicious also open 24hrs. Lots of venues nearby. Massages, barber's, shops, scooter's (hire one, I would not recommend this unless you are a very experienced rider,or have one of the many guys who will drive you around) and bars. Will return for a stay. Highly recommended. And great prices. Thank you, to the staff who looked after me. Terimakasi from Mr.Sheen.

We had an absolutely incredible experience at Haven Suites Seminyak. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome and genuinely looked after.
Our room was beautiful — spacious, comfortable, beautifully presented and the perfect place to relax after a day out. The hotel grounds were equally impressive, surrounded by lush greenery and beautifully maintained gardens that created such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The pools were gorgeous and spotlessly clean, and there was always a member of staff nearby, ready to help with anything we needed.
But what really made our stay so special was the staff. Every single person we encountered was incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. They genuinely couldn’t do enough for you. Whatever you requested, there was always someone there to assist, and they did it with such a lovely attitude and genuine care.
It’s the kind of service that makes you feel truly valued as a guest, and it made our stay feel that much more special. The combination of the beautiful surroundings, gorgeous room, immaculate pools and, most importantly, the incredible people who looked after us made our experience unforgettable.
We absolutely loved our stay at Haven Suites and would happily return. A beautiful hotel with exceptional staff and genuine Indonesian hospitality. We highly recommend it!

Felt like a treasured relative returning home to a loving family!
First time at this hotel but my friend has been here many times. At check in we were given a free upgrade to the Haven Suites. I was very lucky. I ended up in a truly magnificent 1 bedroom suite which felt like I was in a luxurious apartment complete with separate rooms & kitchen. A beautiful serene view overlooking the many tree lined pools from the outdoor balcony that included a double sunbed. I now have no idea what the basic rooms are like but would recommend a suite to any seasoned traveller or 1st timer seeking luxury.
