Comfortable, clean, and great location
I really have no complaints about this hotel. No, it is not five star but I rate it 5/5 because I cannot think of anything I would change. The has actually been purchased by D'Prima and is no longer Sense which was confusing since my reservation was Sense. Also, not to be confused with Sense Sunset. Check-in was very friendly and quick, the elevatorinterior was in rough shape but I didn't think it was a big deal. My room was clean and comfortable with good A/C and overlooking the pool. In fact, all the rooms face inward to the courtyard where the pool is located. The pool is nice but since it is inside this courtyard, it does not get the most sunlight. Which was fine by me because my Scandinavian skin burns quickly so close to the equator. Most of the rooms do not have a full balcony but a French balcony. There were a few with balconies and I am guessing they were suites? Breakfast is included but I cannot speak to it as I wasn't hungry that early to try it. The location was excellent! Walkable to restaurants and shopping plus right next door to Hotel Mexicola, for those who want to party or have some tacos. Having said that, I did not hear a peep from the late night parties and I am a light sleeper. You can walk 3min to Petitenget temple and about 2min more to get to Petitenget Beach. The beach is beautiful! There is a beach club right there as well so you don't have to go far to do a lot from the location. I would stay again!

THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE

staffs with NO MANNERS at all.
why?
it was only bcs of IRON.
I borrowed iron on the first day. I stayed for 2 nights.
Then, on the last day they wanted to ask the iron back.
and you know how they took it?
so here is the details.
around 8-10 in the morning , the staff knocked at my doors, act like a debt collector. because i was really tired and hangover. It took a while for us to awake.
then the amazing thing happened,
the staff opened my door🙏👍
and he tried to walk in. My room was really dark, with the curtains closed.
it was so unique, right.
it was not only that.
Around 12.20, the staff came again to ask if we ready to check out bcs there will be another guest.
guess how they do it?
yup, with knocking so hard then they tried to open my door again. Good thing we already put the door handle.
HA HA I KNOW YOU GUYS HAVE KEYS BUT WAS IT REALLY NECESSARY TO ACT LIKE THAT?
The point is, the hotel is the worst hotel.
the room with low maintenance. the wall plug besides the bed was not working. the bathroom floor was bad.
4 stars huh? even homestays are better than this hotel.
oh yes, our room has a telephone ☎️ and it was perfectly fine. Yet, they didn’t use it remind us.
because yea, they can just go to your room and open it to ask something.

Makes sense
Great location and lovely clean hotel - close to motel mexicola - great for a night out and right in your doorstep- not noisy so don’t worry about close proximity. This hotel has a relaxed feel to it and the staff were attentive. Good location to explore from.

Good location, lovely staff and very reasonably priced
Although not a luxury hotel, it was clean and comfortable.
I was a bit surprised to not have any windows, but maybe that worked in my favour as I was near Hotel Mexicola and didn’t hear any noise.
The room safe was broken and within 30 minutes it had been replaced by a completely new one.
Staff were attentive and it’s a really great location close to beach.
Breakfast was pretty basic but I loved the fresh Jamu juice!

Great place, no complaints about this hotel!
After a very negative experience at the Hola Seminyak I relocated after only one night there (read my review and view the pictures)! I was able to book a very clean room here, found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. Great variety of Asian and continental foods and sitting right next too the very clean pool area. Location to shops, restaurants and the beach was also fantastic.
