Not for me
This was not for me. Full of noisy families which I suppose you can expect from a resort hotel - it was booked in a hurry. My room felt like a dark prison. The window did not open - there was no balcony and it looked out over a roof and other rooms. The food was particularly bad. Chicken for dinner bland dry and unappetising. Breakfast menu was extensive but horrible. Poached eggs came cold, over cooked on a plate of water. Coffee was tasteless. However the staff are friendly and helpful. And they were kind enough to refund the further 4 nights of my stay as I was so unhappy snd needed to cancel my 5 nights of stay.

Great resort
We recently spent 5 nights at the Ramada in Seminyak. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, particularly made special by the fabulous staff who were extremely friendly and helpful. Special mention to Dewi, Diah, Triya, Amanda, Virgo, Atama, Wira, Eka darma, Agus and Vebi. The resort has a lovely pool, great breakfast, nice rooms and offers great value for money. It is not near the beach, but shuttle bus is available to Kuta.

Tried to extend, guy on reception was unhelpful. Wifi is very poor. Sockets dont work in the room.

Great Hotel, lovely staff
The rooms were great, nice, clean and fresh. The pool area was large, gets plenty of sun. The restaurants had a great selection for breakfasts, lunch and evening meals; the food was exceptional. The selection for breakfast was the best we have ever experience anywhere. All the hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful; they couldn’t do enough for us. A great experience, will definitely be back. Thank you.

Where to start from the moment we got here the staff were amazing nothing is to much and there so welcoming while weve been here its been our sons 7th birthday and they made such a fuss of him we even went out for the day and came back to a cake in our room and balloons he was so excited. The food is beautiful the pool is gorgeous its close to restaurants, shops and the beach although I would have happily just stayed in the hotel. Our rooms been cleaned everyday and its 24 hour room service. Then theres the little extras like free towels for the pool and service from the pool you dont even have to leave your sunlounger. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
