A wonderful haven
Incredible stay at Peppers Seminyak. A luxurious haven. Modern and well maintained. Amazing staff, beautiful villa and grounds. We stayed for 7 nights as a family with 2 teenagers and loved every minute of our visit. Thank you for looking after us so well. We’ll be back next year.

Relaxation plus
Overall, the best family holiday we could have asked for.
We had a 3 bedroom villa for a week in August 2026.
The reviews are true that the villas are ageing and need a it of maintenance but the amenity, the service, the vibe and location are all excellent and on balance make up for it. Every issue we raised was sorted kindly and quickly. If some more maintenance was done, it would be perfect. I’ve given 5 stars purely for the staff. They are so great. It feels like a second home.
The property is large and the shuttle service is very helpful for getting you to a good point in town for whatever you want to do.
The pool at reception is lovely, restaurant is so relaxing. Happy hour is great by the pool with music and friendly chat.
My kids had the best time with their own room and pool in the villa. So much space for a family of 5.
The staff here make this place what it is, without them it would not have the same experience at all.
Exceptional Balinese Hospitality
We had a wonderful and truly memorable stay at Peppers Seminyak.
We experienced an issue with our villa on our first night, but what impressed us most was the way the team responded. They genuinely listened to our concerns and went above and beyond to ensure that the remainder of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, including very kindly arranging an upgrade for us. It was a thoughtful gesture that we greatly appreciated and made the rest of our stay particularly special.
The villas and grounds capture everything we love about Bali — lush tropical greenery, beautiful private pools, traditional Balinese touches, and a wonderful sense of space, privacy and tranquillity, while still being so conveniently located in Seminyak. Our villa was beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean, and the generous space and facilities represented excellent value for a family stay.
What really made our stay exceptional, however, was the people. The warmth, attentiveness and genuine hospitality of the staff were remarkable. From the front-of-house team to the bellboys and buggy drivers, everyone greeted us with a smile and seemed genuinely committed to making our stay as enjoyable as possible.
A very special mention to Nata, who went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely memorable. We have nothing but praise for the care and hospitality he showed our family.
We would also particularly like to mention Ketut and Wi. Ketut went out of his way to assist our family when our son unexpectedly required medical attention during our stay. His kindness, concern and willingness to help at a stressful moment meant a great deal to us and will not be forgotten.
We also greatly appreciated the warmth and hospitality of Diatini and Kris at Laneway. And to any of the wonderful team members whose names we may have inadvertently missed, please know that your kindness and hospitality were very much appreciated.
The beautiful surroundings made our stay special, but it was the people at Peppers who made it truly memorable. We leave with very fond memories and hope to return again soon.
