This villa could be incredible with a bit of care and investment, but sadly it’s not quite there. The gardens are no longer lush, giving the outdoor space a tired feel. The bathroom, though spacious, is completely bare—no plants, no décor, just empty space. It really needs some love, basic maintenance like repairing broken light fixtures around the front door and pool and replacing old, dirty lamp shades.

The bed was uncomfortably hard, and the linens didn’t help—sheets were worn and had visible stains, and the towels were thin, grey, and past their prime. For the price being charged, the overall standard doesn’t match.

The fantastic location and the lovely, attentive staff. They’re the real highlight. With some thoughtful updates and better attention to detail, this place could truly shine—but right now, it’s overpriced for what’s offered.

Fantastic experience. Great location, staff are all very helpful. Complete privacy in the villas. Extremely comfortable beds.

I strongly advise travelers to think twice before booking this villa.

On April 6, I made a 6-night reservation (June 20–26) directly through the villa’s official website and paid the full amount by credit card. I received both a booking confirmation email and a Room Reservation Number, so I had every reason to believe my reservation was fully confirmed.

However, on June 19, the day before my check-in, I received a message saying that my reservation was not confirmed due to a system error and that there was no room available.

This was completely unacceptable. I had a valid reservation number and had already paid the full amount nearly two months earlier. There was absolutely no mistake on my part.

Fortunately, I was already staying in Indonesia, so I was able to find another place to stay at the last minute. But if I had been traveling by plane that day and arrived in Bali without knowing about this cancellation, I would have been left searching for accommodation after landing. That could have completely ruined my trip.

Because the villa failed to honor our booking contract due to their own mistake, I requested a full refund.

The villa replied that the full amount would be refunded to the original credit card used for payment and stated:

“We will initiate the refund immediately. Please note that the refund may take up to 14 business days to appear on your credit card account, depending on your bank and card issuer. Once the refund has been processed, we will provide you with a refund confirmation for your records.”

However, more than 16 days have now passed, and I still have not received my refund or any refund confirmation.

From beginning to end, I have experienced nothing but excuses, poor communication, and irresponsible handling of this situation.

My reservation was confirmed, my payment was accepted in full, yet the villa failed to provide the accommodation and has still not refunded my money.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this villa. If you value reliability and peace of mind, I suggest choosing a different place to stay.

極めて信頼性に欠ける施設――予約の際は十分ご注意ください

このヴィラを予約する前に、よく検討されることを強くお勧めします。

私は4月6日に、ヴィラの公式サイトから6泊（6月20日～26日）の予約を行い、クレジットカードで全額を支払いました。予約確認メールと予約番号を受け取っていたため、予約は確実に成立していると信じて疑いませんでした。

ところが、チェックイン前日の6月19日になって、システムエラーにより予約が確定しておらず、空室もないというメッセージが届きました。

これは到底容認できることではありません。有効な予約番号があり、2ヶ月近く前に全額を支払済みだったのです。私には何ら落ち度はありませんでした。

幸い、私はすでにインドネシアに滞在していたため、直前になって別の宿泊先を見つけることができました。しかし、もしその日に飛行機で移動し、このキャンセルを知らないままバリ島に到着していたら、到着後に宿泊先を探さなければならなかったでしょう。そうなれば、旅行が台無しになっていたはずです。

ヴィラ側のミスで予約契約が履行されなかったため、私は全額返金を求めました。

ヴィラ側からは、支払い時に使用したクレジットカードへ全額を返金するとの回答があり、次のように説明されました。

「直ちに返金手続きを開始いたします。ご利用の銀行やカード会社によっては、カードの利用明細に返金が反映されるまで最大14営業日かかる場合がありますのでご了承ください。返金処理が完了次第、記録用として返金確認書をお送りします。」

しかし、それから16日以上が経過した現在も、返金や返金確認書の連絡は一切届いていません。

最初から最後まで、言い訳や不十分な連絡、そして無責任な対応に終始させられました。

予約は確定し、支払いも全額受理されていたにもかかわらず、ヴィラ側は宿泊場所を提供せず、いまだに返金も行っていません。

私の経験から言えば、このヴィラはお勧めできません。信頼性や安心感を重視されるなら、別の宿泊先を選ばれることをお勧めします。
