A Hotel That Won My Heart Before I Even Arrived
One year ago, I had to cancel my trip to Bali due to a family health issue. At that time, the team at Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak showed genuine concern for my father's health before anything else. I was deeply touched by their kindness and understanding, and I remember thinking that if I ever returned to Bali, I would definitely stay at this hotel.
This time, I finally had the opportunity to stay at Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak, and I had such a wonderful experience. I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to ANITA from the Reservations team and PANCANI from the Reception team. Both of them were exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive. Their warm assistance and high level of professionalism made my stay even more special. I truly appreciate the care and support they provided.
I especially enjoyed spending time at the swimming pool. Every morning, before the pool opened, I could see the staff carefully checking and maintaining the water quality from my balcony. This gave me a great sense of trust and showed how much attention the hotel pays to cleanliness and guest safety.
The pool is a good size for adults to enjoy, and there is also a separate children's pool, making it a great place for families. I also really enjoyed being able to order food and drinks by simply scanning a barcode while relaxing by the pool. It was very convenient and made my time at the pool even more enjoyable.
Another thing I loved was the hotel's location. Double Six Beach is only about a two-minute walk away, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets and a wide variety of beachfront restaurants and bars. It was the perfect place to end each day in Bali.
From the kindness I experienced even before my stay to the wonderful time I had during this visit, Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak has become a very special hotel for me and my family.
I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Bali in the future. Highly recommended!

Can’t fault the Grand mecure. From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Nice relaxed pool area. Spotlessly clean throughout. Great location to get around seminyak. Great value for families in a central location.
Grand Mercure Seminyak has a great, casual vibe, and represents good value.
The variety and quality of food and drinks is very good and the service is excellent. The rooms and the public areas are clean and well maintained. The location is quite central and within a walking distance to shops and eateries.
Tip: Pool access room 130 is near a noisy pool pump, so try and avoid if you want a quiet nights sleep.

Great stay
We had a fantastic stay at Mercure Seminyak and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was incredibly polite, welcoming, and accommodating. No matter the time of day, they were always working hard with genuine smiles on their faces. The buffet breakfast was exceptional, with an amazing variety of fresh food every morning. There were so many choices was consistently well-stocked and fresh. We also loved the pools. The pools were always well maintained, and clearly cleaned every day. The resort itself was beautifully presented. We would especially like to commend the outstanding housekeeping service provided by Aditya and Tristam during our stay. Our room was maintained to an exceptionally high standard every single day. The bed was always made perfectly, and impeccable hospital corners. Fresh towels were folded beautifully, the room was spotless throughout, and they always ensured we had plenty of drinking water replenished. The level of cleanliness exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Aditya and Tristam, for your excellent service. Your hard work certainly did not go unnoticed. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and the exceptional service from every member of staff made our holiday truly memorable. We highly recommend Mercure Seminyak to anyone visiting Bali and cannot wait to return for another stay.
