5 Star Hotel Experience
Our trip at Grand Mercure Seminyak has been very enjoyable. The rooms were top notch clean, the aircon was nice and cold and the room service is great. Hera from guest experience was amazing and was very accommodating. Winadi in the pool and gym areas is a great guy saying hello and making jokes with everyone and is always good to chat with.

Location is perfect, Plenty of restaurants and cafes close by Beautiful atmosphere around the pool and restaurant area Rooms are very comfortable and very clean and get cleaned daily

Holiday vibes
Location is perfect 2 min walk to beach front with loads of bars etc. Hotel is clean, tidy and the staff are awesome. Restaurant had plenty of food choices, room was spacious, clean and tidy but walks fairly thin so can hear alot of nouse from joining rooms. Pool area was lovely though if you like the sun then alit of the pool area is shaded. Special mentions to Winadi at poolside, Arry around the bar and Juan in restaurant for their special outstanding customer attention, nothing was too much for them, always smiling and aiming to please 🙏 also thanks again to Winadi for finding my hat twice 😀
