The best
We had a great stay at Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak.The hotel is beautiful, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming, a special mention to Pelangi, who was so cheerful, kind, and helpful🤗. She always had a smile and made us feel very comfortable every time we passed through the lobby, she would greet us with a warm smile😆, which was such a lovely little touch. Overall, we had a wonderful time and really appreciated the warm hospitality from the team. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one, we will back again🤍

Family holiday
We had a family holiday to celebrate our son's 21st, and we were looked after by the staff, especially Hera. They organized a special surprise to celebrate his day. The breakfast included was varied and our children loved the pancakes.

The Grand Mercure Seminyak
Had a 6 night stay at the hotel and it was fabulous. The accommodation and amenities were fantastic and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. Special mention to Wika Dwiva and Ariani as well as Kusuma and Wahyu together with Wiana Hedi Merliana and Amel. They made our stay truly memorable with their smiles and warmth. Nothing was too much trouble and we really appreciated their valuable service. The buffet breakfast was the best we have ever experienced and we have travelled extensively. The pool surround with the cabanas was perfect for afternoon cocktails. All in all it was a brilliant stay and I can’t recommend it highly enough.
