The property is located right on the sunset beach at Batubelig. The village is surrounded by lush tropical gardens near a temple. Ngurah Rai International Airport is 13 km away and Seminyak, the latest buzz in Bali offering dynamic lifestyle is just 2 km away. Tanah Lot temple is on a 25-kilometre drive. The hotel is located directly in front of Batubelig beach. It is furnished with luxurious, modern style and offers arts and souvenir shops, swimming pool and a spa centre. Fitted in Balinese style, the rooms are air-conditioned and come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer and bathrobe, and offer wonderful views over the scenery from a private balcony or terrace. Further fittings include satellite/ cable TV, a desk, tea and coffee making facilities. The suites are more spacious and additionally feature a cosy sitting area with a sofa.

Do not recommending it
I stayed here for two nights and was glad I hadn’t booked longer. The location is excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the accommodation was disappointing.
The building is outdated, with lots of stairs, and it was noisy. The bathroom was dirty, which I found unacceptable, and the pool also needed cleaning. The bedding, soap and shampoo felt cheap and poor quality. The bright light on the air conditioner was annoying when trying to sleep.
Be careful with the currency exchange dealers nearby. In my experience, they tried to give me less money than the agreed amount. This is separate from the hotel, but worth mentioning for other travellers.
I’m giving three stars generously, recognising the good staff and excellent location, but overall, this was not a good place to stay. Cleanliness and comfort need significant improvement.

Worth a visit ❤️
The hotel is older but gold. The staff is what makes the place special, so attentive, friendly and helpful. Really make you feel welcome. I did not eat at the hotel as I always like to try new places but the cocktails are great....especially the daiquiris. Located just beside the beach and the pool area is lovely. Highly recommend this place ❤️

- Location is really convenient with the beach right behind the hotel. Really nice to watch the sunset here
- Atmosphere is really nice! The pool area is really nice and lots of lounge chairs
- The rooms are really outdated and old. Our shower head didn’t work but they came and fixed it right away but then it broke again. Beds are not comfortable
- Overall for the price it was fine! Staff is friendly. Breakfast is very limited not much to choose from. Lattes were an extra charge which was annoying. Also- I would have appreciated more water for the room. Other hotels I’ve stayed in had free water.

The hotel is very old and rundown and besides it’s location next to the beach, there is nothing which is suitable to stay

Beautiful Propert and location, it can be better maintained. Right next to beach with Good pool and sunken bar.
Near to good restaurants in Seminyak
The hotel doesn't provide soft water even for bathing it is in fact direct frm sea which is Bad. Upkeep of bathrooms is required
Bteakfast was good with little vegetarian options
