Exceptional Friendly Service
What a fabulous resort. Customer service was exceptional. Staff sre so friendly and go out of their way to help you with anything you need. Food is brilliant. Rooms are lovely. Pool area is excellent with full bar. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and staff made us feel so relaxed. We will definately be back again. 🙏

Hidden Property in Seminyak Area
This is one of great property in Seminyak area. It have a garden with fish pond ath a the backyard and make the atmosphere great. Room spacious and clean. Good also great. For the service I would like to thank you to Jeremy, FO who help me during check in, he explain everything quite well and show great hospitality, even help me carry my stuff and escort me to the room. Ocha and Rina the guest service agent who prepare a lot of things for me during my stay. This is wonderful, hospitality to the next level. Aside of that you can also go to the beach with strolling around 7 minutes. Nearby this hotel there are Tennis court, great for everyone who loves play a tennis. Overall this is a great experience for me and I will choose this property to stay in the future when I stayed in Seminyak.

Quieter neighbourhood & wonderful accommodation
Set in a quieter location of Seminyak, the hotel has a 4-5 star feel, we were upgraded to a junior suite & the room was huge! We found it good value for money, the rooms were clean & tidy, staff were very polite & considerate. A special mention for Rose who we interacted with twice & she was exceptional in providing us assistance. Also to Sakti who had checked us in & checked us out too! Definitely pleased with our stay & will highly recommend!

Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staffs. Room and facilities in the room were pretty old. I like this hotel and will come back
