Amazing staff and experience
We stayed at Courtyard Seminyak for 4 nights and it was just amazing. The property was clean and well maintained. The entire staff, from our check-in to check-out was courteous and helpful and just made our trip a memorable one. We enjoyed talking to Setya and she was an amazing person, adding sweet memories to our trip! The staff catered to our vegeterian requests for our breakfast which we really liked. Overall, the entire experience at courtyard was fun and we look forward to coming here again in future!
One of if not the best hotels and staff here in Bali
Iโve had an amazing experience staying at Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak Resort, but one person who has really stood out is Setya.
Setya has been incredibly welcoming, warm and genuinely interested in us and our experience here in Bali. She always takes the time to have a conversation, check in on how weโre doing, and make us feel at home. Sheโs also really funny and has a great sense of humour, which always makes seeing her a highlight of the day ๐
Iโm currently in Bali for the Beast Mode Personal Development & Leadership Retreat, and having someone as welcoming and caring as Setya has genuinely added to the whole experience.
Iโd easily say sheโs one of the best staff members Iโve met during my stay. She represents the kind of hospitality that makes you want to come back.
Thank you, Setya, for looking after us, having a laugh with us, and making Bali feel a little more like home. Iโll definitely miss the banter! ๐

What a vibrant and beautiful resort! Itโs conveniently located close to Seminyak Beach, and I really enjoyed relaxing at the private sunbed area reserved for Courtyard guests on the beach. It was so comfortable and peaceful. What I remember most is the staffโs warm smiles and kindness. In particular, Dika, who was at the sunbed area on Seminyak Beach, kindly took some beautiful photos of me. Iโm so grateful for his thoughtfulness and kindness! Iโd also like to give a special thanks to Ema, who warmly welcomed me at check-in with her lovely smile. Thank you so much, Ema! ๐
