⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolutely amazing stay – we will be back!
Honestly, we cannot speak highly enough of our experience. From the moment we arrived, the service from every single staff member was beyond amazing. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, helpful and genuinely lovely, which made our stay feel that extra bit special. ❤️
I especially want to mention a few staff members who really stood out to us. Ari was so lovely to talk to and incredibly helpful. Dewi, who looked after our room, did an absolutely amazing job and was always so lovely. And a special mention to Puji, Hari and Oka from the spa — the spa experience was honestly one of the best I have ever had! The facilities, treatments, massages and facials were incredible, and the care and attention from the team made the whole experience unforgettable.
These are just a few of the staff members whose names I managed to remember, but every single person we encountered deserves recognition. The level of service, kindness and attention to detail from the entire team was exceptional. You can genuinely feel how much everyone cares about making guests feel welcome and looked after.
It is those little personal touches and the beautiful people who work here that make a place so special. We have had such an amazing experience, and we are already looking forward to coming back.
We will absolutely be back again next June! Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. You are all incredible, and we cannot recommend this place highly enough. Five stars all around! 🌟❤️

The accomodation here was absolutely amazing! The staff especially widi and wayan with the bingo was absolutely excellent! Definitely recommend this as accommodation 100%, we will be coming back :)
Five Stars for Accessibility, Hospitality and Heart
We stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak Resort for three nights and genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
We’ve been to Bali four times now and are quite particular about where we stay.We booked two rooms on Level 3, and both were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. But the biggest highlight of our stay was the accessibility and the incredible staff who made our experience so special.
We were travelling with a family member who is a wheelchair user, and their accessible room ticked all the boxes. From the minute we walked through the doors, we knew we had made the right choice.
The staff were absolutely amazing. They were supportive, understanding, flexible and always willing to adapt to ensure our loved one felt comfortable, included and supported. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and they genuinely went above and beyond.
The resort has ramps throughout, along with plenty of elevators, making it easy to get around in a wheelchair. While the pool itself isn’t wheelchair accessible, there is ramp access down to the pool area, so our family member could still be part of everything. Thankfully, they’re not a huge fan of swimming anyway! The streets of Seminyak certainly aren’t the most wheelchair friendly, but the resort itself was comfortable, accessible and had everything we needed.
Now, the food!Absolutely amazing.We ate at the resort every single day and were never disappointed. The buffet events, complete with live music and traditional dancing, were fantastic, and the food was delicious.The buffet breakfast was easily one of the best we’ve experienced in Bali, with plenty of variety, beautiful views from the balcony and the loveliest staff looking after everyone.
A very special shout out to Ramu, the Operations Manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.His genuine care and willingness to help made such a difference to our experience.
And to the lovely Okta from Seminyak Kitchen, what a beautiful soul! So accommodating, attentive, warm and genuinely lovely. It’s people like Okta who make a holiday that little bit more special.
We can’t thank the team enough for making the start of our trip such a positive and memorable experience.Accessibility is about so much more than just ramps and accessible rooms. It’s about making people feel welcome, included and comfortable, and the team at Courtyard by Marriott absolutely delivered on that.
We would happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it, particularly to families travelling with someone who has mobility needs. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful stay!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Seminyak. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were outstanding — always friendly, welcoming and happy to help. The pool area was amazing, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect for enjoying everything Seminyak has to offer. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, making us feel welcome from start to finish.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali. We couldn’t fault it and would definitely stay here again!
