Aloft Bali Seminyak

We recently spent two weeks at the Aloft Bali Seminyak and were very happy with the hotel. The room was comfortable and well laid out. Water pressure great. Linens and towels good quality. Housekeeping staff kept the room and hotel very clean. There was a great selection of fruits, juices, soup, rice, vegetables, crepes, waffles, eggs, cold cuts...all you could imagine for breakfast and more. We enjoy fresh tropical fruit for breakfast and always had plenty. Delicious coffee each morning. The breakfast staff was attentive and helpful. Twice during our stay we ate dinner at the Kahuna restaurant and the quality of the steak - tender and perfectly cooked - was on par with steakhouses in Bali. Only a few minutes walk from the beach. (Unfortunately, the beach wasn't very nice, but this had nothing to do with the Aloft hotel...it was a Bali issue in general.) While the entire staff was helpful and welcoming, two employees stood out as exceptional and truly reflecting the best of the Marriott brand - Listia "Liz" at the front desk was a wealth of helpful information about ridesharing apps, hotel services, etc. "Wii" who handled dinner was very knowledgeable about the dishes and Marriott services.

If you’re looking for that perfect mix of "Sassy Seminyak" and effortless cool, Aloft Bali Seminyak is a total mood! As a travel blogger, I’m always on the hunt for spots that over-deliver, and this stay was a major win. The Perks & The Space Shoutout to the team for the Marriott Bonvoy Platinum recognition! I was upgraded to a Deluxe Room, which was surprisingly spacious and sleek. They even greeted me with a beautiful welcome amenity of macarons. While they were gorgeous (and I’m sure delicious for those with a sweet tooth!), I’m not a fan of sweets, but I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. The Rooftop "Lit" View The location is the ultimate winner here—you are right in the heart of the action. But let’s talk about that rooftop pool. Yes, the stairs have a few character cracks, but ignore those and head straight for the edge—the view is absolutely lit! 🌅 One of my favorite details? The poolside furniture. It’s super distinctive and eco-conscious, made from recycled bottle crates. Sustainability looks good on you, Aloft! Breakfast: A Total Game Changer The breakfast is what truly secured the 5-star rating for me. Unlike most hotels in this category, they offer a high-end ala carte menu that includes a fantastic selection of healthy and vegan options. Having this level of quality included in breakfast is something you usually only find at ultra-luxury resorts. Major props to the culinary team! 🥑🌱 A Few Extra Deets • The Gym: It’s a bit "slim"—even for two people it’s a tight squeeze. But honestly, if you’re a fitness junkie, you’re probably heading to a professional spot like Reload Sanctuary in Canggu anyway. • Valet Service: For a smaller boutique-style hotel, having complimentary valet was a lifesaver. It made my arrivals and departures totally stress-free.

Aloft Seminyak has the perfect location. Everything is within walking distance – the beach, beach clubs, local bars with great music, convenience stores, and even a wine cellar. It made exploring Seminyak so easy and enjoyable.
