Very nice, great location in Sanur
We chose The Pavilions based on other reviews, and we weren't disappointed. It is a very nice complex with well-established gardens and a beautiful resort pool. Our pool villa was lovely, well furnished with a small kitchenette and a huge bathroom. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. A special mention to our butler Yoga. You are only about 200 metres from the main road in Sanur, but there is hardly any road noise. The Icon mall is a 5-minute walk, as are many cafes and restaurants. Make sure you go to Olli bakery which is a minute walk from the entrance of The Pavilions.
A couple of negatives - the AC in our villa struggled to maintain a reasonably cool temperature despite it being turned right down. The breakfast was nice, but not what I would call high standard, and could get repetitive if you were staying for an extended period.
Overall, I would not hesitate in staying at The Pavilions again, as it is a beautiful resort in a great location, with great service and friendly staff.

A favourite!
Arrived at 3.30 a.m. and check-in was seamless. Pool villa was private, comfortable, immaculately presented. Excellent breakfast with good range of choices. Staff always welcoming and helpful. Location quiet and only 5 minutes from beach whilst avoiding constant passing foot traffic. I was flying with assistance due to back issues and booked fast track through Pavilions so arrival and departure were smooth. Sanur has wide footpaths on both sides of the main road and Pavilions is directly off this path so anyone with mobility issues will find getting around very easy. This was my second stay and I will be back.
Great stay at a great location!
Loved the Pavilions!! My husband, son, and I stayed there for five days and what an amazing experience! Check in was fast, smooth and stress-free. The general manager came out to welcome us and the welcome drink was a great touch. When we got to our villa, we were impressed and tickled by the fact that our name was on the door! Great gesture that was welcoming and inviting , it made us feel like we were home. The villa itself was very spacious and absolutely beautiful. We had our own pool and the the space was well kept, clean and serene. A very special shout out to our villa attendant Yoga who went above and beyond every day to make us feel at home! He was great, personable, and friendly! There is a restaurant on site but we only made it out for breakfast. We did not get to have dinner there even-though we would have loved to. We mostly had breakfast delivered to our villa as it was so beautiful to eat by the pool… we even ordered a floating breakfast!! . Overall experience was great and we have no complaints. The ideal location also gets an A+ given that it’s very close to many restaurants and shopping areas to include the Bali icon mall. We would definitely recommend the pavilions and we would love to stay here on our next trip to Bali. Thank you Pavilions Bali for your hospitality, you made our vacation very memorable!!

Heaven on earth
An absolutely wonderful resort, perfect in every way. I would recommend this resort to anyone who would like to find a quiet relaxing spot near the lively centre of Sanur.
