Very disappointing but you get what you pay for .we chose it for the good comments and the cheap price but there you go , when other pool villas charge you 3 times more something for sure happened . Food horrible , mosquitoes everywhere , dirty water , old and uncomfortable design . The reality is much more close to the “ terrible and poor comments “ than the good ones , at least for some of us . Owner should invest urgently to update the property and management should be much proactive in solving problems and improving guests experience .
A beautiful hotel with fantastic staff and management
We had a fantastic week in a pool villa here. It really is an oasis of calm when you leave the busy Sanur main road and turn into the hotel! The staff are all truly amazing and cannot do enough for you in all departments. Food and drinks are all delicious and don't miss out on a trip to the Spa!

Care and calm.
From the moment you cross the small footbridge you enter a sanctuary of care and calm. The staff are very professional and Okra checks in with you at each stage of your treatment to ensure maximum comfort. I would highly recommend a visit to the Pavilion Spa on your next trip to Sanur Bali.
