Swiss Belresort Watu Jimbar

We had a lovely time here, our room was different to what we booked but they accommodated us well & sorted out stuff for us. The staff are super friendly, speak good english & are willing to help in anyway, loved comming back to the towel animals that were made for us :-) Our room was always cleaned very well. It is quite a big complex but they have a beach front area you can wander to which was real good considering people safe the loungers at the complex by putting their towells on very early which limits others :-( The location of this hotel was also very good, was about a 10 minute walk to the beach. All in all was a good stay :-)

Great welcoming when we arrived at midnight pleasant staff, easy check in and straight to our room, Toilet always had a wee smell no matter how much spray we would use to get rid of the smell while using the basin and shower, There was a constant dripping noise but seems it was coming from inside the wall in the bathroom, aircon kept coming up with a error code and didnt work for 2 days but on the 2nd night we got home from a wedding and it was on so we made sure not to touch the controls The bed would tip forward when i sat in the end and it would hit the wall pretty hard so had to warn our kids to be careful when they come and sit on it,

Cleaniness was great apart from the wee smell in toilet may beed bleech for the floors or something stronger then what they use Loved the towel made animals that we got random days during our stay was nice didnt get anytimw to use the spa but we did fill it before we headed out for the day so we could come use it as it takes so long to fill and the cleaners emptied it, our fault we should have left a note Got clean towels daily which was great

My teenagers room was next door and it had a very strong musky smell like damp or mould we kept the door open to air out did nothing we were also next to the construction that was happening we didnt mind the construction at all as we were out of our rooms by 7am daily and home after the construction was done for the day

Loved all the workers and they did offer us a new room due to the aircon late in the day but as we were heading out to a wedding we said to leave it for the next day thankfully the aircon worked as our new room was too far from my teens room as we booked the rooms together. The staff did accommodate us for a new room but choose to stay next to our daughter

Pool was good but beach towels always smelt damp swim up bar great Breakfast daily great yum and fresh good variety, dinning area lovely comfy
