"Located on Segara Ayu Street, Sanur Bali, directly on Segara Ayu beach, the resort is just 1.5 kms from the town centre. It is approximately a 30 minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport. This 120-room beachfront club resort has remained true to its unique Balinese village concept. Each of the five distinct village areas retains their original charm, the reception area is welcoming and the spacious gardens exude tropical splendour. With three swimming pools and a pristine sandy beach safe for swimming and water sports, 'fun in the sun' is a cornerstone of the resort's philosophy. For an additional fee, massage services are available. Delightful Indonesian and international menus are available at the restaurant. The resort offers a buffet breakfast and set menus at lunch and dinner. For a relaxing holiday in exotic surroundings, this resort fulfils all guests' needs."
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Wow Segara exceeded my expectations as such a beautiful Balinese style hotel. It boasts lovely gardens. Great pools - lagoon in particular and general vibe
As a couple and family we have stayed in many hotels on Bali over the last 30 years. I honestly think I’ve found the best mix of location and facilities here at Segara Village. I would definitely return We stayed in a bungalow and it was great apart from the floor being very shaky upon any slight movement. Bed was firm but comfortable. Nice getting a bag to use for local shopping Grounds immaculate and established
Great location on the beach front, restaurant overlooks ocean and rooms are clean and spacious
The price we paid does not reflect the room we recieved. The bathroom was smaller than a caravan ensuite. ( It's not a bathroom..its a toilet and shower sharing a very small area ) A rigid white bit of plastic trys to separate the toilet and shower which it does not. The bathroom sink is located in a large void space three times the size of the combined shower and toilet???....and is just odd. The room is standard layout and outlook of the hotel works. The Breakfast which is held in the Byrd House is another odd design. The different levels make the place feel small and congested. Having to share tables also make it very congested. Breakfast was basic. It was a good stay but the room's "bathroom?" was a big disappointment....it would not give you privacy if Bali Belly kicked in.
Perfect stay, the hotel is set in beautiful gardens, we had an upstairs family connecting room, the bathrooms are a bit odd but didn’t really bother us. Staff are lovely, breakfast is quite good but not much variety, pools lovely, location perfect for Sanur beachfront. Loved our stay , the price was also very reasonable for our family room.
