Wonderful experience
Wonderful resort for all ages. The staff were always friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the Prama Beach Resort!
Great outlook
Considering the price we were not expecting much but overall were happy. We were worried due to being so far south there wouldn't be many eateries outside but there was plenty - especially Curry Traders. Staff were very friendly but appear to be a few barmen short at the Pool Bar as for long periods there was only one who was also creating all the drinks for people at their lounges etc and it was difficult to get his attention at times. Friendly however. Bamboo bar was fun and breakfast on the whole was good, really nice setting.
The room itself was fine although we were missing the drying rack on the balcony. One thing that could be easily fixed is buy some white towels as every day we had fresh ones and they were grey - and not because they started life that colour. Bed was comfortable and the room was nice and cool. Great setting and would consider staying again.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE
This place was a huge disappointment right from the start and only got worse. The place is massive and caters for the masses. Bus load after bus load of tourists and clients. Endless corporate functions. Zero shade around the pool. Pool towels on the loungers from 6.00am. No room for guests when they invite locals with cheap day passes.
Endless buildings like a communist housing estate. One lift for the entire block. Endless walking to get from one end to the other. Breakfast was a shambles like a factory canteen. Rooms with zero storage small hanging space and no drawers. Horrible shabby and dirty rooms. Paid extra for a Deluxe Sea View Room but was not worth it at all.
Needless to say we left early and went elsewhere. Could not wait to leave this very unpleasant place.
We will never return and would never recommend this place to anyone. If there was the option I would rate it ZERO. How on earth they rate it as a 5 start resort is beyond me. The only focus was the endless corporate functions and nothing about the paying guest seeking a relaxing holiday.

Fantastic location on the beach, best part of Sanur! The staff were amazing and super friendly. Will not stay anywhere else!
Disappointing
Disappointing experience with the reservation staff. I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp and through the contact form on their website but did not receive a response until much later.
I found the communication unfriendly and lacking in understanding and empathy. Despite explaining my situation, the staff were unwilling to offer any meaningful assistance or alternative solution. For a large hotel welcoming many guests every day, I believe they could have shown more flexibility and provided the requested assistance.
After staying at several hotels during my three weeks in Bali, this was unfortunately my worst customer-service and general hotel experience. The way the situation was handled left me with a very negative impression.
