A very old hotel with sooo bad smell in the rooms
It’s close to the sea and close located near the city.
Very disappointing. This hotel does not deserve a 5-star rating—3 stars at most. The hotel is old, the Wi-Fi is extremely poor, the rooms smell bad, and the towels are old and gray. Definitely not worth the price. Bad service

The hotel is large and has two nice pools, but that’s the only positive. The rooms are old and smell bad, the Wi-Fi is very poor, and the towels are old and gray. This hotel does not deserve 5 stars—3 stars at most.
First time in Parma Sanur but definitely not the last!
We had a very enjoyable time at Parma Sanur! We needed a rest and that is exactly what we found! 10/10 for customer service by all staff including our driver! Our room was in a perfect location to watch the kites and entertainment was over in time for a great night sleep! So nice to come home each day and staff had made the bed and replenished supplies! Lots to do and we could even watch the afl footy on our tv! 👍

We had an absolutely amazing holiday here, from start to finish it was just the best holiday ever. We’re already waiting for next years availability so we can book.

Great staff, family resort, not great for adults wanting a quiet getaway
Location on the beach was lovely, facilities were stunning. A lot of children, very loud, extremely windy. The majority of our meals arrived stone cold the cocktails were very very strong, several people were unable to drink them. The swim up bar was overrun with children all around it, certainly not just a quiet place for adults.
