We had a pleasant family stay at Mercure Resort Sanur. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the resort has a very relaxing atmosphere.
The beachfront location is excellent and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Being right by the beach made it easy to enjoy the beautiful Sanur coastline and spend quality time with family.
Overall, a value to money, comfortable and enjoyable family stay. Would definitely recommend it for its location and peaceful vibe.
The location is a bit off side from busy sanur, but its peaceful and the beach area is so worthy to spend times. The pedestrian is getting better and we can walk or ride right to Mertasari or left to Icon Mall (3 km), even in the evening because they have street lights. The hotel it self is quite old but charming, little houses in the middle of tropical garden. The room is old, but we got enough space and theres a balcony which is nice. The employees are very kind and helpful. The breakfast was also nice, we got what we want, theres much choices and some are typical balinese. But please dont get shocked, its so crowdy and as we were there it was high season so it was so so full, so its pretty narrow. But somehow they always manage the table. thumbs up. Recomended is balinese coffee (not from the machine), fried noodle, soup, and jajan pasar (local sweet treats). The pool is too small for this hotel but my daughter loves to swim at beach, especially when the tide is out so she can explore much. Thank you
Stay away noise in rooms terrible and service none existing
We had a fantastic room 142, due to accor status upgrade. The condition of the room was fine. The pool and bar area is good and the location is right on the beach. The breakfast was aweful and almost ruined the stay as it felt super cheap. However, the price was great so you get what you pay for
Our room was extremely shabby and mouldy smelling. We had the worst room next to the restaurant. Everything felt a bit grubby. The proximity to the water and walkway is great. The unpleasant room ensured we got out to enjoy the area I guess. A positive - staff were lovely and the spa was nice.
