Absolutely amazing !!!
Absolutely outstanding! We have just returned from the Sanur Maya Hotel, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived until the moment we sadly had to leave, everything was simply perfect. Every single member of staff was warm, friendly, professional, and genuinely couldn't do enough to make our stay special. The level of customer service was exceptional and made us feel so welcome throughout our holiday. A special thank you for the kindness shown to us on our departure day. Even after we had checked out, we were invited to continue using the hotel's facilities until our taxi arrived for the airport. It was such a thoughtful gesture and meant we could enjoy our final day in comfort and relaxation. The location is fantastic, right on the beachfront and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and everything Sanur has to offer. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, spotless, and the perfect place to unwind. Thank you to everyone at the Sanur Maya Hotel for making our holiday so memorable. We loved every single minute from start to finish and will definitely be returning. Without a doubt, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Highly recommended!

Big Hotel Feel, Boutique Calm
A large hotel that never feels crowded; calm, peaceful, and beautifully maintained throughout. The staff are genuinely attentive and welcoming, which really adds to the experience.
Great layout with one exit onto the main road for easy access to shops and restaurants, and the other straight onto the beach and a lovely 6km walking path.
Well cared for, relaxing, and in a brilliant location. Would happily stay again.

Not mad , just disappointed
Our experience got off to a bad start at the entrance. We clearly told the staff we wanted to order food and drinks and spend some time by the pool. They let us in without explaining there were restrictions on where we could sit or that we weren’t allowed to use the pool.
We found some loungers, got settled, and enjoyed the great beach view. It was a little cold, but the setting was lovely. When we went to order food and drinks, we were then told we had to move to the restaurant area and couldn’t sit by or use the pool. That was really frustrating, especially after we’d already settled in.
We stayed and ordered plenty of food and drinks anyway, but unfortunately the food was disappointing and the service was pretty underwhelming.
The whole situation could have been avoided if the staff at the entrance had clearly explained the rules before letting us in. A little communication would have made a big difference.

Really good
Exceptional stay at the Maya. The staff can’t do enough for you . The breakfast buffet is excellent and has great choice. We had a couple of evening meals which were incredibly good. Our room was clean and spacious and the beds were really comfy. The hotel is on the beach and there is a walkway next to the beach taking you in both directions from the hotel. We walked into the icon shopping mall along it. I’d recommend the Maya Sanur .

Exceptional comfort and luxury at the Maya Sanur hotel!
The Maya Sanur hotel was a fabulous experience for our family. The nest suites were very unique in design, private and cozy but with a lovely balcony and skyline- water views. The breakfast buffet was delicious and generous, drinks - snacks at the Tree Bar were awesome looking out over the beach. We also had drinks and lunch at the pool and used the Gym and the Spa - all were fantastic. Okta at the restaurant provided a great service and Dedi at Reception was friendly and efficient as well.
