Wonderful stay
We recently spent a week at Maison Aurelia. Of note was the wonderful, friendly staff. A highlight was receiving a treat to go with a cup of tea most days. My husband got Bali Belly during our stay( not from anything consumed at the hotel). Staff were able to help me seek appropriate medical support and went out of their way to help. Top marks to the manager for her care during his illness plus the wonderful way staff are selected and trained. We will be return guests for sure.

Gorgeous Boutique Hotel
This was perfect for a family/group with 2 bedrooms off a central living room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom making morning routines easy. Beds were comfy & room service excellent. Our (glass) bottled water was replaced daily & we received a nightly treat of baking or chocolate. There are 2 small pools - not big enough for laps but great for cooling off. While there were not a lot of outdoor beds we never had a problem getting one. The connected restaurant had good food. We decided not to have breakfast included as there are plenty of cafes nearby. The buffet breakfast included a small selection compared to large resorts, or you could order off the menu.

Once again, we have had the most amazing time at Maison Aurelia. Thank you to Lovely Pauline, Ari C and their wonderful team (Gusti, Wulan, Poppy, Ari and all the front of house team), Josi, Kadek (both always so lovely and helpful) and all of housekeeping team, lovely Konstantinus and all the other doormen and the restaurant staff) always going over and above in making our stay so warm and enjoyable. The room is beautiful, fresh, spacious and super clean (true to photographs). The bed at Madison Aurelia is truely the best and we love it. We also love the convenient and central location to the beach, other restaurants, amenities and shopping. Well done to Pauline and her team in supporting sustainability. Maison Aurelia is by far our favourite hotel in Bali - it’s charming and filled with warmth, with so many special touches and Balinese generosity. We highly recommended Maison Aurelia. Many thanks 💖🌻

Homey and cozy hotel in Sanur
I have heard this hotel from my friend who used to stay here, we like it, homey, cozy and warm ambient. Clean and comfort, the staff very friendly

Home away from home
We stayed at Maison Aurelia for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The location is perfect, the room – the Camelia suite – is very spacious, and everything is in tip-top condition. We also quite liked the turndown service every evening. There was always a small sweet surprise and a card on the bed with the weather forecast for the next day. The staff is also extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. There is a small gym, which was convenient for us as well. I found the pool a bit cold and there is only sun in the morning, but otherwise, it was perfectly fine. There was always plenty of room to find a spot on a sunbed or Bali bed. Everything in the hotel is very neat. For us, it really felt like a home away from home. We can recommend a stay at this hotel to everyone.
