A truly picturesque experience
We felt like we were in a beautiful tropical garden sanctuary which was right on the beach. It was the most relaxing, convenient, and picturesque experience we have ever had. The price of the stay was worth it even though it is more expensive than most hotels. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted which helped a lot. We can’t wait to go back and experience it again.
A top-notch hotel
This hotel is in a beautiful setting of extensive gardens, ponds containing numerous fish and an impressive beach area. Around the pools and on the beach there was an abundant quantity of sunloungers and sun umbrellas. Outside the grounds there is the hustle and bustle of busy Sanur, but inside there is serenity. Children are welcomed here, but the children's pool is in a position where the kids can have a great time but do not encroach on the 'grown-ups' area. The hotel is immaculately clean as are the bedrooms. There are two restaurants, one serving both Indonesian and Western style food and the other is a pizza restaurant. The food and service are of a high standard. We opted for all-inclusive and my only minor quibble is that we still had to sign for every meal and drink that we had, to link it to our room number. On two occasions a panicked waitress ran after us out of the restaurant to say that we had no money lodged with reception. They were highly embarrassed when we told them that we were all-inclusive! I think that they should devise a better system for all-inclusive guests. All in all, I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. We had a wonderful time there.

Exceptional Balinese Hospitality
We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Regency Bali. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The resort has a wonderful atmosphere, and we absolutely loved the authentic Indonesian décor and beautiful aesthetics throughout the property. The Regency Club was stunning, with a relaxing ambiance and an excellent selection of high-quality food and beverages. Breakfast at Omang Omang was another highlight, offering an extensive variety of delicious options to suit every taste. A special thank you to Ode, Tio, Tria, Fatma, and Dwiky for their exceptional service. Their kindness, attentiveness, and friendly personalities made our stay even more memorable. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Thank you to the entire Hyatt Regency Bali team for an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to return!
Wonderful resort
Perfect stay, nothing to fault.
We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the deluxe room during our most recent stay in 2026 and the extra space was perfect for chilling out in the room.
Breakfast was amazing, by far one of the best buffet breakfasts in Bali.
Have stayed at the Hyatt 3 times now over the last four years.
In June 2025, we travelled as a group of 5 ladies and they were able to arranged one interconnecting room for the 3 of us, so our one friend didn’t needed to be on her own.
Plenty of great restaurants and spas nearby. Dinner at Omang Omang was delicious and perfect for when you just want to relax at the resort.
Pizza and pool side dishes were delicious too.
Really good service provided by resort staff but special shout out to Sintia at Omang Omang, super friendly and exceptional hospitality provided during our stay over breakfast and dinner. Also Yulia (I think it was her name), she was serving us at breakfast one morning and recognised us later while serving us at the pool in the afternoon.
Have also stayed at Maya next door but Hyatt is still my preferred resort in Sanur.

Excellent customer service
The culture of ‘caring’ demonstrated by all staff members - from the face to face staff to the gardeners, housekeeping and other staff who ensure that everything is so well maintained and operational - is the reason that this is the one hotel we visit again and again.
