It’s always a pleasure to come back!
This is our fifth time at the Hyatt Regency in Sanur, and their service remains impeccable. Upon arrival they ring a gong and we are warmly welcomed in the spacious lobby. Check-in is quick, even though we arrived early and our room is not ready yet. Fortunately, we can already use all the hotel facilities. As soon as the room is ready, I get an app. I am always very satisfied with the rooms; they are clean and well equipped. Through the Hyatt app you can request additional amenities, such as nail polish remover, a yoga mat, detergent and much more. The room has a fridge, instant coffee and tea, and a beautiful garden.
Breakfast at Omang Omang offers a wide choice of dishes, including Chinese, Korean and of course Indonesian stands. The second restaurant, Pizzaria, is located on the beach and serves delicious Italian cuisine. The hotel has a large garden for a wonderful walk in, a central pool by the beach with plenty of sunbeds, and a separate children's pool. There is also an adult pool at the SPA Shankha, where the gym is also located. The Hyatt team is great! They are friendly, helpful and always with a smile.

Beautiful place to stay in Sanur
Wonderful hotel. Stunning grounds. The breakfast room - with the gamelan band playing while geese float past in the koi pond - pretty hard to beat!. We will be back.
Great resort
Loved our time there. Beautiful resort and everyone that worked there was exceptional. The breakfast was a highlight and the pool was super relaxing and gorgeous setting!

Our third time to this hotel. We love the gardens, the staff and how peaceful it is. They left a cake in our room for my birthday which was appreciated.

Nothing too regent about the Hyatt in Sanur
Disappointing. We have stayed many times before and this experience was liver than the absolute bare minimum. It was crushing given the special occasion we were attempting to celebrate with family however attempts through correspondence and in person were met with transactional responses at best. That was the huge difference. They don’t care anymore. The mature landscape is always such a beautiful tranquil feature. Despite refurbishments a few years ago the decor sitting at 2.5-3 star at the very best and overall the entire hotel needs a good facelift. I wish I had chosen more wisely as I wa taking my parents for their first time, and it really was heartbreakingly disappointing.
