This modern hotel is designed in Balinese style and lies right by the long Sanur beach. Sanur's main road with its shops and restaurants are just a short walk from the hotel. Guests will reach the city centre in around 15 minutes with a car and it takes around 25 minutes to reach the airport. Surrounded by a tropical garden, the beach hotel offers delicious dining options and wonderful surroundings. To relax and rest, the outdoor pool are is perfect, it includes a children's area, a poolside snack bar as well as a sun terrace that will certainly please all visitors. The tastefully furnished rooms feature all the amenities needed for a comfortable and unforgettable stay.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Great Location, central to everything, Breakfast nice, people do need to stop putting towels on day chairs and then leave for hours. Staff helpful and friendly.
I had the best meal at the Griya Santrian restaurant. I recommend the Herb-encrusted Snapper with vegetables. It was so good that I visited twice in the week that I was in Sanur. Their fresh juices were great too. Nice beach outlook.
Lovely resort. Great location. Room very clean & comfortable. 3 x pools to choose from. Breakfast was nice, but served in the art gallery, would have preferred a beach view! Staff very helpful. Massage at the spa was awesome. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Look forward to coming back again!
Her er en engelsk version med en skarp, men stadig saglig tone:
Very disappointing experience at the pool area.
The hotel clearly states that towels left on unattended sunbeds will be removed after 30 minutes to prevent guests from reserving beds without actually using them. Unfortunately, this policy is not enforced at all.
We repeatedly saw sunbeds occupied only by towels for more than 2 hours without anyone showing up. When I informed the staff, I was simply told to find another bed. I even pointed out the hotel’s own policy sign, and they assured me they would keep an eye on it. More than an hour later, nobody had returned to the sunbed, and the staff had still done nothing.
As a result, I have spent three consecutive days sitting in the shade away from my family because there were no available sunbeds, while multiple beds remained reserved and completely unused for hours.
If the hotel has no intention of enforcing its own rules, it should not advertise them. This level of service is simply not acceptable and has significantly impacted our stay.
I cannot recommend this hotel based on this experience.
This Hotel is small, dated and has major renovations at the pool. I would avoid if you can. Location is good but the hotel is sub standard on so many levels. Currently the breakfast is being served in a room that is not functional for its purpose. They use a toaster for you bread that gets stuck every time and food selection is terrible compared to the other hotels I stayed in during my trip to Bali. I would look at other hotels in this strip. I tried to make the manager aware of my issues but he failed to meet me on several occasions so I just took it that he avoids guest and asks his staff to deal with it.
