This modern hotel is designed in Balinese style and lies right by the long Sanur beach. Sanur's main road with its shops and restaurants are just a short walk from the hotel. Guests will reach the city centre in around 15 minutes with a car and it takes around 25 minutes to reach the airport. Surrounded by a tropical garden, the beach hotel offers delicious dining options and wonderful surroundings. To relax and rest, the outdoor pool are is perfect, it includes a children's area, a poolside snack bar as well as a sun terrace that will certainly please all visitors. The tastefully furnished rooms feature all the amenities needed for a comfortable and unforgettable stay.

Location location in the heat of Sanur
We Stayed here for a week in a Deluxe room, which was overlooking the middle pool. Room is not flash, it’s very comfortable and spotlessly clean, large comfortable bed. Lovely towels. Big balcony., comfortable furniture. The Fridge could do with being cooler, and more plug points. Staff are all so very welcoming. Gardens are stunning. The ground men are up early sweeping up leaves, and taking covers off sunlougers cleaning the pools. We had breakfast included. Breakfast was okay, something for everyone. The servers come around with tea and coffee in a jug, it’s not the best by any stretch ! However, You can order a cappuccino, latte if you ask them. They did not make any attempt to let us know this, and I wasn’t impressed that for the amount of money we payed to stay at the Griya Santrian they limit you to 1 only ! Then they charge you to your room. We where dissatisfied with what they called a gym, a treadmill and some lady weights my husband said, and that’s really it. Definitely not a gym. We had to pay for a gym outside of the hotel. Strange that there is another room next to the so called gym that has two spa chairs in it. No one uses. Surely could be better used as gym extension ? ! The location of the Griya is just so perfect, it’s right on the beach front, and right slap bang in the middle of Sanur, with restaurants, bars, spas, shopping ( icon Bali Mall all in walking distance. Their is still renovations going on at the beach side swim up pool, due to be completed end of September. I was worried about the renovations, but it did not impact on our stay at all. The new pool bar restaurant is going to be fantastic when it’s completed. Would I stay here again ? Yes Absolutely. The staff, gardens, and beautiful location made our stay fantastic. Beautiful
Absolutely beautiful beachfront resort. Excellent location and walking distance to many restaurants. We loved our stay here and will return in the future.
A well situated and maintained hotel
A well situated and maintained hotel. Clean with exceptional housekeeping team who will address any issues promptly and effectively. Three decent pools, one currently with limited access due to renovations, but not an issue. Beach side loungers are cooler than the pool areas. Some front of house and reception staff can be aloof and appear disinterested sometimes as if guests disrupt their effective operation. Unsure if this is deliberate or just poor application. Tried breakfast a couple of times. Personally I found it a little lack lustre in terms of service and quality apart from a very polite chap at the egg station. A good choice though with spacious and well designed rooms and patios.

Beautiful grounds & friendly staff
Perfect Bali hotel. Beautiful grounds. Gorgeous staff. Nice rooms. Stayed in a deluxe room overlooking front pool. 3 pools in total. Need to get pool chairs reasonably early if not keen on full sun. Lots of European guests who can be somewhat “loud” at early hours of the morning & late at night. Toiletries disappointing. No conditioner. No face washers or hand towels. Comfortable beds. Breakfast ok, nothing fancy. The star of the show is the location. Best in Sanur by far. Great restaurants out each side, beach & street. Will stay again .
