Run down and rooms not clean
This place is not a 5 star resort. It is very run down. The rooms, particularly bathrooms are filthy. On arrival, the beds had hairs in them and sheets marked. The shower was full of black grime. The balcony door didn't shut properly a wind whistled through blowing the curtains every night we had to sleep with the door open to stop it. The balcony just two chairs and a table and the plants were just hanging on. No mulch or anything just a few half dead plans in soil. The decor around the common areas of hotel is not in great shape either The restaurant was a dead zone out of breakfast..no atmosphere at all or nice place for a drink even. The beach bars were windy and outside and no atmosphere either nobody was using them - people must go out! The clincher that makes you feel like you are in a some 2 star resort was with the luxury escapes deal you have to carry around a bit of paper with you to every meal and they tick off every entree...main.. cocktail. They ask you do you have your form. I repeat this is not a 5 star hotel!! This is some sort of scam. Food is average outside of breakfast. The best thing here is the staff, they are beautiful and couldn't have been better. stars are for them. Pool or even the resort doesn't get any sun after about 2pm.

Wish we could stay longer
We stayed here one night before moving on to our niece's wedding venue situated at nearby Glamp Nusa. We would have liked to stay longer. Check-in was in typical Balinese style, with a warm welcome, refreshing hand towel and welcome drink. Luggage service was outstanding, as was the golf cart style transport from the main building to the building housing the guest rooms. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the crashing surf below. Comfy bed, great water pressure, quick and efficient room service of a very tasty dinner. Six bottles of spring water, minibar soft drinks and in-room coffee and tea all included in room price. Excellent buffet breakfast with a great variety of choices and made to order eggs. Would highly recommend if you need a great place to stay before a wedding at Glamp Nusa, or if you are just visiting this area of Bali.

A very nice and super spacious staycation place in Sawangan Nusa Dua area with reasonable room rate. The pool view is so breathtaking with spacious and comfortable room with kitchen set. Private and quiet ambience are guaranteed here. Direct booking is highly recommended so you can get welcome drink, afternoon tea and breakfast included. Thank you Jey Waisnawa from Reservation team, Mba Rosita for efficient check in process, Mba Cynthia for welcome drink, Mas Yogi for assisting me to the room, Mas Agus for great service at pool bar, Mba Yanti & Mba Dona for nice service during breakfast time and to all Ulu Segara staffs for great services and hospitality.

Great stay
We had a lovely stay, room was incredible so big!!! Staff were very friendly. Only thing I would say is the hotel is a bit dated, very clean, bit remote but there is a shuttle bus down to Bali collection which was great

Family Holiday.
As a party of 8. 5 adults and 3 children we had an amazing time. Staff enhanced our visit. So kind and accommodating. Food was excellent. Our villa with pool if a little tired was amazing for ourselves and the children. We would love to go back.
