PERFECTION
Amazing dinner, great price and very friendly service. Able to have a laugh while serving and be very professional! Would 100% recommend Prego to whoever asked where they should go for a great Italian restaurant in Bali.

The hotel is great and has great facilities and great food. The activities and beach are fun and service is amazing. A staff called Rizal was really friendly and we talked a lot, and he had good service.
Westin breakfast
We come to the Westin Nusa Dua a lot and Captain Made always makes sure the breakfast experience is good! There's a great selection and the quality is good.
Bali - you can't go wrong
The location was great - right on the Indian Ocean. The breeze, the sunsets, the dining, the boardwalk, the chairs & cold water with limes & lemons in there. The best of the best here at the Westin!!! The room was quite spacious and the bathroom with a large size shower space along with a bathtub with "bath salts" on a small cube next to you. The hotel was very clean. Employees were always sweeping, cleaning the glass doors , providing towels at the beach and/or pool. Did I mention the breakfast bar? WOWSER it was fantastic. Never seen anything like this before.
Our concierge, Riadi, was excellent. He recommended an Indonesian cooking class that was excellent. Thanks Riadi!!!! He also helped us with booking thru Grab a ride to Puja Mandala and where to go shopping (along with giving us a shopping bag and water to go). Always a smile and warm greeting by our names everyday. What a joy.
If you're ever in Bali, the Westin is the way to go. Service is indeed top-notch!!! All the people of Bali we talked with always had a smile, willing to answer questions about their culture & traditions, very helpful and very kind. Bali you didn't disappoint nor our hotel!!! Thanks for everything!!!
